It Was once a good clinic, but I find it more of a revolving door when it comes to the GP's there and i felt like i was never taken seriously, belittled by one of the gp's and often questioned. I definitely won't be going back!!!!!

This clinic used to be good.
My most recent experience here was devastating.
Incompetent interns supported by management that do not train them properly. Before I could make a complaint, one was made about me.
As a result, I was told I had been “terminated”. Their words.
I felt like I was in a bad sci-fi movie.
I have Complex PTSD, Major Depressive Disorder, Anxiety and ADHD. However, I’m not stupid and also have a double degree in Psychology & Philosophy. I was so alarmed that what had happened to me, might happen to others, I engaged with The Victorian Human Rights Commission.
They agreed with me that the treatment I received here was appalling.
Sadly, rather than take the opportunity to sit down and discuss this with me, the management of this practice hand-balled it to their medical legal team, whom suggested I didn’t understand the need for a Code of Conduct. I do.
I have worked in Youth Welfare & had my life threatened more than once.
This practice cannot tell the difference between a CPTSD/ADHD mental health breakdown and bad behaviour.
What is even worse, is they did not care. Astounding and horrifying.
Especially when posters on the walls tell you that “Your Mental Health Matters”. Mine did not.
Pandering to Interns was more important. Please be very wary of this practice. A few good Drs. are still here but terrible management and a Director that simply did not care.
His view was I was “ not a good fit for their Practice”. Why? Because I stood up for myself and on another occasion was so upset I was severely emotionally dysregulated: in their view “ behaved badly”.
So profoundly unprofessional it is dangerous. Please be cautious here.
Especially if your mental health is fragile. Mine became so much worse for an extended period of time.

I used to be so happy with the quality of this place but i’m pretty upset with this clinic at the moment.
my daughters immunisations are never processed which has left me with a $1,500 childcare bill because she was assumed to not meet the immunisation requirements. every time she has her immunisations, i have to call them and ask for them to be put through.
utterly disappointed and frustrated!

Very thorough and friendly doctors and stuff.I have been attending this practise for over two years and have found the service exceptional and the personal care the doctors provide is beyond any I have attended before. The doctor that looks after me has changed my life ,for the better he has come to see me in the hospital and made sure I understood every detail about my condition and made sure that the after hospital care was provided.
I have nothing but praise for the doctors especially Dr Pierre Jolie and also the ladies working at the front desk , who are always friendly and helpfull .

I recently had a appointment, I had the appointment signed the (opioid) contract that stated the opioid medication I was on signed by both myself and the doctor, payed my large fee at the end of the appointment to be called 3 hours later saying they are unsure how I was accepted into the clinic in the first place they cannot Sam with my complex needs, a disability that’s mananges by district nurses, and my other conditioned managed by private staff in Melbourne, so all I need is scripts and that it.. was told they would ohone pharmacy and send through scripts required and now after recieving the call they state I will no longer be a patient I requested my money back as I’m on a disability mention and this took a large chunk of this payment to attend the appointment, if I wasn’t suitable why did I get given an appointment and have the appointment and sign a co tract this makes no sencd, I’m getting told constant lies from the clinic and feel I will be taking this further as it has activated my mental health in a serious way for the rejection with no explanation, after being told to follow up and send all info from my specialist in RMH which I did so … I would not reccomend this clinic to anyone with pain issues, mentls health or if you have a disability as they will not help you and say you are not excepted into there clinic….. I will be speaking with human rights and another company about this also!

This clinic has good Doctors. I will not return though after constantly being spoken to and treated like I am an inconvenience by the reception staff. Thanks so much for making people with problems feel even worse.

Such a lovely medical centre and wonderful staff and caring doctors ( all of them). Having worked here as a locum GP in the past, I strongly recommend this medical centre and would attend this clinic if I needed a doctor.
