Very disappointed to the Receptionist for insisting that I and my partner should be charged LEVEL C $102 EACH for less than 15mins consultation because we are International Students and we are in a private health insurance. Even though our doctor only charged us LEVEL A $55 each. I HIGHLY DON’T RECOMMEND THIS MEDICAL CENTRE SPECIALLY TO MY CO INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS OUT THERE! I AND MY PARTNER WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS MEDICAL CENTRE!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

Kudos to Dr Nathan for being so great and understanding especially to us International Students. I would love having this doctor as my GP but I feel like the receptionist is taking advantage of us.

Very poor service. Pt need to wait for more than an hour for booked appointments. If we need to wait for that long what is the point of booking appointments. I should be walk in. I checked the comments in reviews, there are some other reviews with the same complain but this issues has not been addressed yet. Everyone has a busy schedule and this is the main reason of booking appointment. If you cannot see the doctor on booked time and need to wait for more than an hour they should not have booking system. I have been going to the medical centre for couple years, I go there because it’s close to my place and “doctors are good”. But waiting time kills. I am not talking about one day, it has happened to me in every visit. They always say appointments are late today because doctors are very busy but this is everyday excuse. Please change your booking practice and do not waste your regular customer’s time. Once I had to walk out of the medical centre last minute after waiting for an hour as I was running late for my work. I had to book for next day and I spend my day off in the medical centre.

Saw Dr. Arati for my 3yr old daughter who was experiencing high fever and wheezing/coughing throughout the night. Dr. Arati is unprofessional! she did not exam my daughter properly nor did she have the correct equipment ready to do so. All she did was check her temperature and Dr. Atari said she is fine - I responded and said fever is under control because I told you she has already taken Nurofen and Panadol to manage it prior to seeing you.

I then had to ask Dr. Arati to check my daughter’s throat, ears and chest. She used her phone light to check my daughter’s throat!!! But when I asked her to check her ears she had to go out of the room to find the correct equipment to do it. After checking she proceeded to say all is ok besides her throat being a little red and said she can give me steroids for the wheezing at night but I said no if her chest is all clear then why do I need that. She then asked me what do I want then for her - antibiotics? I said if you think she needs it then yes. I took the prescription and requested to see another doctor because I did not have any faith in Dr. Arati doing her duty of care.

After a 10min wait we saw Dr. Nathan Lo. He was fantastic - examed my daughter thoroughly and ask questions about her history since it was her first visit to the clinic. The end diagnosis was she had tonsillitis and that I should hold onto the antibiotic prescription and if she doesn’t improve in 2 days than I should take the course of antibiotics. I felt much more comfortable with Dr. Lo.

I cannot praise Dr Malick and the team at Walter’s Rd/Barbara Blvd medical center enough for the outstanding care they provide to my four children and myself.

Dr Malick goes above and beyond in looking after my kids' health and myself. His attention to detail, compassion, and genuine concern for our well-being is truly commendable. He takes the time to listen to our concerns, thoroughly explains diagnoses and treatment options, and always ensures we feel informed and empowered as parents.

The medical center is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with modern facilities. The staff members are patient, caring, and skilled at making the little ones feel comfortable during appointments.

What sets Dr Malick and his team apart is the willingness to go the extra mile. Whether it's fitting us in for a last-minute appointment, following up after a visit, or providing valuable resources and support, they consistently demonstrate a level of dedication that is truly exceptional.

Overall, I highly recommend Dr Malick and his team to anyone in the area looking for a reliable and compassionate healthcare provider.
I have full confidence that my children and myself are receiving the best possible care. I wholeheartedly recommend them to any parent/child as they exceed expectations.

Always go in with one medical issue with the Dr is always trying to diagnose me and my children with other issues. To me they are more interested in making money from procedures and prescribing medication rather than finding the root of the problem. I left the practice years ago and started going to another Dr. and had to go back the other day for a medical certificate as my Dr was full. And yep, same thing happened again. Next time my Dr is full I’ll use another back up rather than this surgery. Don’t worry about posting the same reply that you write for other google complaints, they are all the same reply with no obvious action taken.

I wasn't very bog fan of the doctors in the past since we have started to see Dr. Annie Zou,she has been delightful and very caring, but most importantly,she performs thorough examination. I work in healthcare, and many times, I have been so disappointed in the past that I stopped going there. Since we came across Dr. ANNIE, my confidence in this medical practice has been restored, and we are happy returning patients. Even reception staff is more supp and kind over the phone or in person.

Really bad customer service. Even after booking an appointment I never get chance to see a doctor on time and they charge way higher than other gp. They charge $1500 just to prescribe a physiotherapist. Such a shame they just filling there pockets from Medicare and still not providing services properly. Never going back here
