Both Doctors are thoughtful, thorough and caring (Doctor P. even contacted from his overseas holiday during my recent heart bypass surgery). Have always found the admin staff to be calm and accessible - even during busy times, which seems to most of the time for them. Feel very fortunate to have such a professional family practice.

Mr Palipana is a great GP my sister and I have been seeing him for quite a long time and has absolute care for his patients and quick results too. I’ve moved to and from newcastle several times and he has checked in with me and guided any concerns I’ve had over the years which above and beyond most GPs do. Haven’t found a better GP and they all do a great job. Thank you for all the team and Mr palipana has helped with me and our family.

My husband, son and myself are patients here. Unfortunately. The care is always lacking. I always get palmed off and get told the likes of “it’s a baby, they cry” when I know something is wrong with my child. They do not have an alternate contact other than the landline which is supposed to be manned during business hours (8:30-6). I’ve been trying to call for 2 hours this morning and it continues to divert me to the answering machine saying I’ve called outside of hours or during their lunch break. My son is incredibly sick and I’m following up results of a swab test. Disgusting service. No care at all. If any other clinics were taking new patients, we would’ve left long ago. Also, can’t ask for too many things during a consult or you have to book another. Clearly is only in it for the money and no other reason. Where are the old fashioned doctors that cared for you, and were happy to answer other general questions during your consult…. The service has only gotten worse since they no longer bulk bill… you’d think it would’ve improved. Very unhappy with this clinic. Especially this morning. 2 hours into business hours and they haven’t switched their phones back over. Disgusting.

I would give ZERO stars if I could.

Ally from front desk hung up on me twice when I called for some clarification. How childish and rude...

Someone from clinic made a mistake and didn't charge me and after leaving you were chasing me as if it was my fault. There was an issue with Medicare and you were asked to wait until the next day so we could pay in person. You used my husband's bank card details instead (for payment). How greedy... couldn't wait until next day despite everything being your fault.

Doctor's prescriptions with no repeat (I got with repeats when everyone was bulked bill) to force multiple appointments for more money of course.

NEVER again for me or my family.
