I called last week to get an appointment so, I can see what is my test results. get in today for my appointment just so the doctor tells me that they didn’t get the report yet and I paid $75 just for tow words not even 2 minutes with the doctor. They could’ve told that we didn’t receive the report, you come in next week. They wasted my time I lost a day at work just to get to my appointment and I lost money and I don’t want to start talking about the doctor I come to this clinic just because, it’s easier for me to take an appointment whenever I want but, unfortunately they don’t care. Every time I get sick I go to this clinic because, I have no other option, better than going to the hospital and wait for eight hours just to get checked out, even the doctor in this clinic doesn’t check me out he just checks my blood pressure and that’s it. Never again. I wish I can give you no stars because you don’t deserve it.

I have been a patient of Dr Meeran at the centre for a couple of years and have found him to be very thorough and a good doctor. I am on the disabilty support pension and I have been able to address my physical and mental health issues with Dr Meeran. I got my elderly mother to start seeing Dr Meeran after I found her GP was not addressing her health needs thoroughly. He has been excellent and kind with her.
She presented to the doctor with chest pains about two weeks ago and Dr Meeran eas prompt in his decision to call an ambulance as her heart was in arythmia. The doctor, nurses and the reception staff were reassuring and kind to her while we waited for the ambulance and so efficient.
We are so thankful to have our health in the safe hands of this medical practice.

Recently attended Wallsend Family Medical Centre for my Covid 19 Booster shot and was warmly welcomed by I think the Practice Manager Jillian, very professional and Kate the nurse was wonderful. Highly recommend this Practice, very happy and welcoming atmosphere, clean, professional thinking of changing Doctors Surgery's I was that impressed!

Considering it's difficult to get good service these days, i was so impressed by this centre. The receptionist was fantastic; friendly and approachable and ready to help with all my questions. Doctor was great. Will definitely be bringing my children here from now on. Thank you!

I found this Practice after my former Dr just one day disappeared, I find the doctors absolutely lovely especially Dr Hossain he is very understanding, empathetic and just lovely, the reception staff are absolutely amazing too.

Reception staff EXTREMELY rude. They rang and booked an appointment for my son whose discharge had been sent there accidentally. They worked out the problem and cancelled the appointment without bothering to let me know. I dragged my sick son out for nothing and they pretended they didn't know anything. Lack basic empathy.

I have been a patient of this Practice in excess of 35 years. Even when I moved out of the immediate area for over 10 years. I have always found the Doctors & staff to be friendly,professional & have demonstrated a caring attitude to their patients.
