First you’re greeted by two amazing women! Bree and Phoebe are friendly, professional and happy to work with you when you’re having a stressful moment.
From the time I started coming here they’ve treated me so kindly and have made me feel like I’m welcome to be there vs other places who make you feel like you’re an inconvenience.
Seriously if you own this place, treat them well and keep them happy. They’re your first contact for people and their service is outstanding! I’ve seen them interact with lots of people and they are always kind and friendly.

Dr Reynolds is a fantastic doctor, couldn’t ask for a better one. Genuinely interested in my health and life. Never makes me feel rushed, always answers my never ending questions and best of all actually LISTENS to me vs assuming she knows what I’m dealing with. A very rare quality in a doctor particularly a specialist.

Would happily recommend this team to anyone!

I was referred to that center by my GP to get 24 hours blood pressure monitor.
After returning the monitor next day I was charged $65 for the services.
I paid cash, the receptionist didn't have tax invoice book to provide me with the tax invoice and promised to email one .
After waiting for one week for the tax invoice and never received one I went back to the center to see why they didn't send me one.
The receptionist said that the tax invoice is sent from different offices and is out of her hands, and the other office is very busy at the moment , so she will try to contact them later .
Next day I went to see my GP regarding my blood pressure report that suppose to be provided by the cardiologist from above center to my surprise my GP never received any report from them.

So they took my money and never provided me with the tax invoice or the blood pressure report.

I have been seeing Prof Dan for a number of years now. the specialist centre provides a high level of care to their patients which is impressive. Prof Dan is very kind and reassuring which I really appreciate. I highly recommend this specialist service to anyone who requires lung and heart care

I was VERY impressed with the services at this centre, from the first call to make an appointement, to being felt very welcome at arrival, all the various staff who assisted me and specifically Dr Dan Chambers who is down to earth, relaxed and very professional. I would highly recommend this practice
