1) I do not like the recorded phone message when I need to book for appointment at your Practice. It goes on far too long. May be you should change it for regular customer who heard the recorded message before to 'another option' and skip the recorded message.
2) Once before, I needed to talk to my doctor and your practice asked me to booked a schedule consultation. That is not practical sometimes. I am ok for my doctor to call me when she is free to talk which your practice agreed to it eventually. I am still ok for you to bill me for the talk. More flexible that way.
3) Everything else is fine and my GP looks after me very well. That is why I followed her & transferred to this practice from Turramurra Family Practice. She is very thorough and the referring Specialists thinks very highly of her as well.
