We were visiting from interstate and called ahead while driving in from the rock after our 4yo fell and cut under his chin. We were able to see an amazing female Dr (Mahmoud ?) who was so friendly and attentive! Receptionist was also super friendly and got me chatting, helping with our worry. This was an evening appt on 30/12 and I really didn't want to have to spend 5hrs waiting in emergency if we could avoid it!

Although I'd like to get right into my review, I fear I cannot say too much through recent stories on the news about being sued for writing a bad review . Apparently you are only supposed to write GOOD reviews. Having said that. Let me start by saying the receptionist was lovely. Very friendly.
Let's just say mine was not a good experience. Even though this doctor would not give me my regular Meds Prescription, she then proceeded to lecture me about WHY I was on them. She then attacked my specialist, saying he should be doing MORE . Then as I was telling her about my recent stint in Hospital FOR my ailments, she got up, walked to the door. Opened it and stood there.
This I assumed was my queue to leave. As I walked past her, I thanked her. Her response through gritted teeth, ENJOY YOUR TRIP.
I have never come across a Doctor so rude
I WONT BE BACK.
