I found the staff very invested in making my sleep study the best experience it could be and deliver the best outcomes in terms of data to assist my specialist in accurate diagnosis and treatment plan. The Sleep Scientists were very personable and open in their communications. I therefore felt that I was kept fully informed of the process and what the sensors were monitoring etc . Consequently I I felt very comfortable in this knowledge and relaxed to get the best medical outcome. When we hit some challenges with collecting best possible data they were highly proactive and effectively managed each situation leveraging their huge experience and knowledge to quietly and gently resolve issues and get data collection back on track.
It was, all in all, a very professionally and personalised encounter and I would be very happy to recommend this Sleep Centre to anybody looking to resolve any sleep issues.

Sleep WA got me in on short notice for a sleep study.
Sleep technicians Elena and Zoe were great. Everything was explained to me while i was wired up and they ensured i was comfortable at each step. Procedure was so uneventful i went to sleep!

Overall a very good experience mainly due to the great staff that work here who are very professional. The room is a bit dark and bed not super comfortable but bathroom was clean. Don't expect this to be a luxury experience. It is not a holiday but a sleep analysis.

I recently participated in an overnight sleep study and found the facilities to be very suitable. The bedroom and ensuite bathroom, while functional, were clean and comfortable. The kitchen was also clean and well-stocked. The staff were professional, friendly, and welcoming. While my visit was for health reasons rather than leisure, I highly recommend the St John of God Sleep Centre.

Easy, secure parking for a reasonable cost. Clean, neat sleep environment reception area and rooms. The staff are professional, pleasant and skilled with their work and responsibilities. It was a well worth while test to complete.

Went in for an overnight sleep study and felt like I’d come home to rest. The staff have amazing bedside manner and clearly care for your comfort. I was able to successfully take the study and had everything clearly explained with clear but lighthearted conversation.

If you are looking to be referred anywhere I would recommend WA Sleep.

Thanks a tonne guys 🙂

Like an expensive boarding school stay over. Technician was overly familiar and not sensitive to my need for a quiet experience. She was rough removing the plasters from my face and just giggled when I said it hurt. I have 2 patches of abrasions on my cheek. I advised before my admission that I would not be able to sleep before midnight and was assured this would be OK. I was chastised by technician and treated like a naughty child. Then I was woken abruptly at 6am to vacate the bed by 6.30 am as this is how their business model operates. I am sure the sleep scientists are competent but the whole experience left me feeling emotionally battered and very sleepy. There was no duty of care to ensure I was not too tired to drive in morning.

The staff were very professional, kind and considerate and explained exactly what was going to happen.
The beds were awful and as it is a centre for sleep studies, and the patients are not good sleepers, a hard mattress is not really conducive to a good night's sleep. By 5 am my back and hips were aching and so I decided to leave a little before the designated time of 6 am.
