I was referred here by my GP after being diagnosed with ADHD as a child (now 35) was reassessed, and had a thorough chat, with goals etc. was given so much useful information at my first appointment as well as really helpful info emailed to me. I can always get through on the phone, and emails are replied to within a day maximum! I requested another script, and by 430 that same day it was sent electronically. Dr Gliksman is so lovely, and makes you feel so comfortable and not rushed through your appointment.

I can’t recommend this clinic and Dr Walker highly enough. Dr Walker is very patient and empathetic, which I’ve found to be increasingly rare among medical practitioners in WA, given how in-demand their services are. He’s explained the diagnosis process thoroughly and without judgement.

The clinic itself is also very patient-focused. I appreciate that they give you over a week’s notice via text for upcoming appointments, and call you if you have to cancel, rather than you having to call them to reschedule.

The only tough part of the process was booking the initial appointment, as the referral section of their website is a bit counterintuitive; also, like almost everywhere in Perth, the initial appointment was about five months from the time of booking. However, I’m still rating them 5 stars, as everything else has been above and beyond what I’d expected. Talking to other friends who have gone through the diagnostic process with other companies, the service from WA Psychiatry & ADHD Clinic is unrivalled in Perth.

Receptionist Chloe was extremely helpful and easy to communicate with, providing me all of the relevant information prior to seeing Dr Walker. Dr Walker has a warm, empathetic, down to earth demeanor and was very thorough. I felt entirely comfortable in his presence within minutes of sitting in his office, never felt rushed or like just another number. I was also provided a comprehensive booklet outlining important information I needed which was incredibly helpful and has already helped my husband understand what is going on. Attempted to call to confirm I actually have an appointment still after waiting 10 months, and having paid the $200 deposit. You get put through to a robot, and you cannot talk to an actual physical person. Very frustrating when their website is broken and will not provide me any actual appointment details.

Honestly it's a bit suspicious. I pay a $200 deposit, yet cannot even talk to a physical person to double check my appointment date several months later.
