The clinic was very clean and well maintained. Dr Ooi attended to me. He was very professional, detailed, and empathetic towards my condition. I appreciated the clear fee structure explained to me prior to the consultation. The staff were very friendly as well. Doctor visits are usually uncomfortable for me. However, it was a great experience at Vivant Medical. Strongly recommended!

No bulk billing, every service is charged on top of the consultation, the first time you go you pay double, $45 for consultation & $45 for first visit=.$90.Its an expensive place, will only use as an emergency, I will continue to go to my previous GP that bulk bills for all services rendered. .
