I had an appointment with Dr. Sia, a Malaysian lady.
She was super nice and gentle, and I felt really safe and comfortable with her.
I just kind of felt her expertise wasn’t super strong — I know GPs can’t know everything, but that’s just how I personally felt after seeing different doctors over the years here in Australia.
Overall, though, it’s a pretty decent clinic.

Dr Anthony Lau is always courteous, polite and patient which are not a common traits under the pressure cooker type medical professional environment in Australia. He is also always willing to share the latest medical info and updates, which I really appreciate.

I can see that more and more doctors are joining this expanding service, as the waiting area was jammed packed when I first entered. But with 5 doctors in the practice, it was cleared within 10 Minutes. Most patients would appreciate the speed and efficient service without any lessening of attention or courtesy. Well-done.

Although it is no longer close to my office, I still prefer to make the trip to visit him. I treat him almost like my one and only personal family doctor now.

Terrible and rude receptionist.
Asked to change the time of an appointment and the receptionists attitude was terrible.
They just yell and scold me for asking to change, very unprofessional and a shame as the doctors at vitality are kind and helpful

Arrived at 1pm for a psychologist appointment. No other patients waiting at that time. Receptionist did not seem to care and just identified me and got me to fill in the patient paperwork. I completed it as soon as possible before I was attended by the doctor. I felt the greeting was cold and not pleasant, maybe new receptionest attended to me. Overall the office was fairly standard nothing out of the ordinary. I did notice it had a play area for young children which is a nice touch.
