I had never had anything like this done before, however Alicia made me feel heard, seen and comfortable enough to share some really personal details that i haven't actually been able to speak with anyone about regarding my own health journey. She was very understanding, kind and compassionate, as well as being incredibly knowledgeable and professional. The experience was so much less daunting that I'd imagined it would be and I'm booked in for two more sessions and am looking forward to them very much.

Defiantly highly recommend! Zara was amazing and guided me through everything that was being done. I thought the treatment was going to be so much worse but it wasn’t! I suffer from bloating and the results of my stomach immediately after is incredible

I had a wonderful experience with Alicia at Vitality Flow Colonics. The clinic is a nice space down the south coast area with a very warm and comforting vibe. The colonic itself went very smoothly as Alicia takes the time beforehand to explain the procedure and what to expect whilst answering any questions you have related to the colonics. She makes you feel very at ease throughout the whole process and is happy to discuss just gut health in general along with the benefits of a colonic for your wellbeing both physically and mentally. It was a great experience and I do feel better off from my session. I look forward to coming here again and I def recommend Vitality Flow Colonics for anyone interested in improving their health and the way they feel.

I was very nervous prior to my treatment but Alicia made me feel so comfortable. She explained everything really well and answered all questions. I felt quite lethargic and tired the afternoon after the procedure but the next day I felt great, can’t wait to have my follow up.
