Took my money. Went radio silent. Didn’t let me know of any status changes or out of stock issues just refused to say anything.

Sarah Robertson their customer service team leader basically accused me of abuse for venting minimal frustration at the fact they wouldn’t even communicate with me considering I was emailing from the email address of the order with a name that matched the order and they were just being useless and saying nothing after many days of waiting.

Slow, pathetic service that I’ve now had to do a chargeback for the order because their staff are incompetent.

Firstly nobody reached out to me I contacted you. At no point in the process of ordering did the website say out of stock in any noticeable place.

Lastly I only kicked my attitude to the wind after you continued to do the bare minimum and be completely unhelpful.

And I provided my name, email & order number. In the first email. More then enough to provide an simple shipping eta without complicating the fact nothing was on the way to me after 4 business days with no contact from your company

Customer service lacking, don't respond to emails in a timely manner or call backs. When you actually get to speak to someone they take a message and then you never hear back. Strange supply system where something might be in stock, but if not in your state won't ship it to you, causing delay in delivery of my treatment. Did an order, nothing was shipped, order still sitting unfulfilled.

I have ordered a dermatoscope from Vital Medical Supplies. There were some delays in terms of delivery and tax invoice. It will be helpful if the company can tell clients promptly when an item will be sent and it's ETA and any reasons for any delays to improve customer service. Also a timely tax invoice is helpful to save me from chasing it up.

I am unhappy with my purchase.
I purchased a stethoscope and the company hasn’t issued me a paid invoice deapite calling the customer servixe seceral times.
Legally I should get the invoice but to this company it is a hard job.

Vital Medical has continued to be a reliable service and respond very well to any feedback we've needed to provide over the years. They have been able to rectify any challenges we've faced, and have always been polite on all phone calls. The website ordering service could do with a bit of spruce in terms of images and descriptions of the some of the less common medical items, but that's really my only suggestion. We have trialled other medical supply providers, and have found Vital to be the easiest to communicate with, and very competitively priced.
