I had my first appointment for Gestational Diabetes with Vivien today. What a breath of fresh air! Vivien is full of knowledge but very personable, light-hearted and supportive. Vivien was happy to answers all the questions I had and made the experience a lot less daunting than expected when you have been diagnosed with such an illness. Rare to find such a gem in the medical world.

Viv is an empathic professional who uses a personal approach when designing a program back to health. At every step of the journey we are working together as a team. I had spoken to SO many doctors about my weight and health issues who always wanted to send me to a nutritionist or dietician. Very quickly Viv and I worked out there was nothing wrong with what I was eating or how much movement I was making. I had been living with chronic diarrhoea for 30 years, my lifestyle revolved around knowing where toilets were!
