I do not recommend this practice. The doctors are wonderful however the receptionists are not! Extremely rude, snobby and unhelpful. Will not be returning here. What an awful experience. Vincentia BAY medical if you see this, I do not want to call to discuss further. Do better and I hope you get shut down.

The booking process was easy. The staff at the front desk were amazing. The Dr was running around half an hour late. He had absolutely no bedside manner at all and prescribed medication for reflux (which I don't have) as he thinks that I could have it and wouldnt know. I gave them 4 stars as he also seemed quite thorough. Another plus is that there is no out of pocket for me while I find the right Dr at this practice- They bulk bill. I haven't seen that for years.

We were visiting the area from out of town and had very sick kids. Vincentia Bay Medical team were incredible - from Shannon on reception who did magic in finding us a double appointment time quickly to Dr Minhas who took my concerns as a parent seriously, and was extremely thorough and knowledgable in his approach to our children. To top it all off they bulk billed us which was really kind. Onsite pathology and the pharmacy made the experience smoother too. Thank you Shannon and Dr Minhas - we really appreciated your help.

I went to Vincentia Bay Medical Centre for the first time today, I found the receptionist very helpful and kind, Dr Omar was lovely, he sent me into the Nurse who also was very kind and gentle. Dr Omar came back in to check on me, I found the whole experience was very good and I will be going back there for sure.

Great doctors and receptionist Shannon! Professional and knowledgeable! Highly recommended! Easy with chemist next door and many other services such as pathology, a nurse, psychologist, dietitian and so on supplied in the surgery. Easy car park area and shops in the Marketplace complex too.

Front counter staff were extremely friendly and helpful, doctor not so much. Have had cold and flu symptoms for four days and all he did was take my temp, check my throat and sent me on my way. No medication, just "keep up your fluids" ?‍♂️?‍♂️?‍♂️

Tried this medical practice and would not recommend to others. First time calling there was a long wait for someone to answer the phone- 6 minutes. The reason I went to the Drs was to get referrals for a MRI and EEG, he forgot to do them and I didn’t check the paperwork to realise at the time. Rang the following day and was on hold for 5 minutes and then was hung up on. Rang back and spent 13 minutes on hold, got through to receptionist who said she would get the Dr to do the referral today. I hung up then realised I didn’t clarify that it was MRI plus EEG, spent 7 minutes on hold and when got through was assured it would be added. Waitied until 2:45pm to call as still no email with referrals, shorter wait times this round. Referral had been done and was in front of the receptionist but did not have an EEG added. Assured that it would be sent by 4pm and they would call to tell me it was sent so I didn’t have to follow up. No phone call ever came- went into doctors at 4:45 and was told “it’s been sent but it hasn’t come through for some reason”. I got the paper copy at this point and by the time I exited the doctors it was too late to book any appointments and it’s Friday so now I have to wait until Monday to book much needed scans due to very basic errors. I received a text and email and heard about 60 times while waiting on hold to leave a review so here it is…

Always friendly and polite office staff, Doctors and nurses, I would recommend anyone looking for a new surgery in the bay and basin area to go there.
