This is a mixed billing practice which I've noticed some reviewers are not happy with - more and more clinics around Sydney have introduced this to stay viable and in order to continue to provide quality care for the community. Personally I would want high quality care at the end of the day, and wouldn't put a (marginal) price on proper personal health.

Also, for anyone looking for a genuine and reliable GP- What a profound and remarkable GP Johnson Tang is. He is so switched on and so sharp, and I can even say firsthand that he's even noticed things that even specialists have failed to. He gives great medical advice, thorough treatment, and proper care. Wait times for Dr Johnson are also not long either which is also really nice, as some GPs can run way over wait times (especially the later you get in the day) which usually isn't the case for Dr Johnson. In my experience, I truly couldn't ask for a more capable and skilled GP.

Grateful and very muchh appreciated, to have a fully professional clinic, as this is ,every doctor shows and gives their upmost, to provide the out come to help patients become fully cured ,from the thing that is,
ailing them. And would confidently tell any of my friends, or family members to go there. And what's important to me was, if the doctor ain't shore, has no hesitation to send you, to another professional who can help. 5/5 no risk, thanks guys.

The best and high ethic doctors here I have ever seen, specially Dr. Chandani, she is a very beautiful heart doctor. Staff and nurses are so friendly and helpful there and care for every patients ❤️ Highly recommended

i cannot recommend this Medical Centre if you see Dr Dani as she was so uninterested in my problems when i ask are you going to help me she is very rudely said no and was not at all sympathetic to my needs she made me feel worse than when i came in. I have never been treated like this as i suffer with anxiety and the loss of my younger brother i didn’t ask for any medication just thought she could advise me on what to do or where to go for help she wasn’t interested not a nice doctor so i want be going back.

Absolutely horrible service. Only good thing about this place was Dr Tan Lu but he left now. Beware they charge you to see the Dr there $25 and then when I wanted my medical records transfer they had the audacity to call me and ask me to pay $20. Really do not look out for the well being of their patients here absolutely horrible. Avoid this place like the plague

The doctors are great and love visiting this practice, the receptionists are hopeless however… since halting bulk billing they are unable to process Medicare rebates using the eftpos machine and so you are always out of pocket and have to follow up with Medicare on your own. They don’t have any idea how to triage either, came in once with deep cut and then was made to wait by the receptionist (thankfully the lovely Dr Tang noticed and prioritised dressing the cut). Dr Priscilla is a great doctor and has been our family’s doctor of choice for many years.

She is an amazing Dr. Even when she's really busy she always takes time to listen to our issues and treats while explaining treatments clearly. Appreciated the listening and kind advice of Dr Danny today during a phone appointment.

All the other doctors also very caring and professional. Front staff is friendly & supportive.

One of the best practices I have been to, doctors and staff are great and really try to help. Dr Tan spends more time to asks questions and examine than some of the specialists I've been too. Really takes the time to explain things other doctors don't, in a way that non-medical people can easily understand.

Can whole heartedly recommend this practice if you are in need of good medical advice and care.
