I wanted to take a moment to thank Ms Sandra Lee of Victorian Hearing for the wonderful job she did recently (during Feb. 2025) repairing and calibrating my hearing aid. The difference it has made in my daily life is truly significant. I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of her work. The improvements in sound clarity and overall performance are remarkable, and I am very pleased with the outcome. Ms Lee’s attention to detail and professionalism are greatly appreciated. I can now enjoy conversations more easily with my sons and hear the television clearly.

The journey to obtain hearing aids at Victorian Hearing Clayton was a wonderful learning experience. Sally the Audiologist was a true professional, empathetic, thorough and sympathetic to my individual requirements. Her approach on each occassion was upbeat, happy and so welcoming. I was extremely impressed with Sally and the delightful girls on reception, nothing was too much trouble or a problem for the team there. I would recommend anyone contemplating hearing aids for their good health and wellbeing to visit this facility and obtain knowledge and a world of hearing with Sally and the team.

I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional care Rosalie Machlin provided for my 3-year-old daughter yesterday.

I highly recommend Rosalie from Victorian Hearing she is AMAZING. My son is quite anxious and can't pay attention for long and we have had bad experiences prior to coming to Victorian Hearing. I walked in without an appointment and the staff were all extremely compassionate and understanding. I had my wax removed with microsuction and I was surprised how quick and painless it was. I would highly recommend this clinic to friends and family. Everyone is very professional and explained everything. The waiting room was clean and spacious, it had hearing aids on display from multiple brands.

I found my left ear blocked and hearing loss recently and went to see Sandra Lee. She checked and instructed me to use the earwax removal spray, and later helped to remove the heavy earwax in my left ear.The procedure was quick and gentle.
Her professional help saved my left side hearing, I am feeling like a new world now! The staff are also friendly, wonderful experience, thank you Sandra and all!

My 4 year daughter had a hearing test back in April 2024 with audiologist Rosalie Machlin. Rosalie was fantastic with my daughter, was very age appropriate in her approach and used lots of age relevant equipment to conduct the test. It is clear she has worked with children for many years. She was very thorough in her approach and very articulate and clear when explaining results and next steps. Highly recommend!
