Been waiting 4 weeks! for my results for blood results. maternal serum screening. I rang up when it was around 2 weeks due they wanted the 13 week scan information, i said that i had taken it, they replied they were still waiting on that. I had called the sonographer and dr and both said they have sent those off. So what is the go?

Had my 2nd trimester screening yesterday at Royal Children’s - VCGS. The staff were lovely and very helpful. We were guided and directed towards the right place to have my bloods taken.
It was a stress free experience. Thank you!

I can confirm that they are horrible staff and horrible service. They really just care about the bill. I don't know if the staff is aware of the blood samples they take. But I am not willing to continue deceiving people by making charges that do not correspond, especially to pregnant women! I took a blood sample for week 12 of pregnancy and they are charging for a serum that should be taken in week 15 to 18... omg they haven't given me my blood results for a week but they are very concerned about receiving payment for the invoice. They want me to pay for a service that has not been requested and that is not appropriate to do in the 12th week of pregnancy... Please, to clients who are experiencing the same thing, I recommend that you take the time to bring your case to the ombudsman. so that this entity has a record of the bad practices that this laboratory has!

Horrible staff and horrible service. They do not care about you. They just care about the bill. I was charged for service that I never received because of their administration mistake. Made a claim and emailed and talked to them on the phone, everything. But the debt collector would just repeat that I have to pay for the service that I never used. Do not use their service. You will be heart broken when you actually should be taken cared of.

Scam company. Cannot give you any results after 2 tests. $450 for nothing. Just wait for 20 weeks and get for free from government

The result is late takes over 4 weeks. then a debt collector contact me about there is a outstanding debt which we never heard about. I never get the bills and no body contact me by phone or email before. Then a debt collector call you seems like all your fault at 8am🫠. Thats ridiculous.

BE CAREFUL! these people take your pathology result without your permissions and write report and CHANGE YOU a ridiculous amount.
They are not doing blood test, they just take your pathology result and give obvious conclusions? Do I even need that? I have no trouble reading English myself.
If you want to provide a service and charge me, how about inform me beforehand?
It’s a shame that they state themselves as non profitable organisations. What a joke!

they were awful to me while i was pregnant, tried to make me pay a bill for a test that I didn't consent to having done, my doctor just did it anyway after I said no. they sent debt collectors after me and I was being harassed all day every day. I told them what my doctor did 4 times before someone with a soul actually took the debt away.

be careful giving them your information unless you want to be constantly threatened and pestered by Milton Graham on their behalf.
