Terrible medical centre. The phlebotomist did not wear gloves when she took my blood, then when she took the needle out, my blood got all over her bare fingers and dropped on the patient collection chair. She wiped it with alcohol wipes but didn’t wipe it all up. Absolutely disgusting practice, I will never go back here.

Mixed experience. The clinic advertises as bulk billing but it's partial so you have to pay $30 for appointment (actually have to pay $100+ then medicare will refund you the difference in a few weeks).

I had sent test results to the clinic in advance and was told they had been supplied to the GP but they hadn't so it was a pointless visit and I need to return another time for further tests.

I had sore throat and appointed Dr Lisa Mu today. I had to wait in my car to see her and after 20 mins late she called and asked me what happened. She didn’t even introduce herself and speak unprofessionally. She couldn’t keep her own opinion to herself as she made irritated comments/sounds about my personal life. This is so unacceptable patient service. After the consult I was told to continue drink panadol until it’s gone…she doesn’t know when.

My consultation was booked as a phone consult but ~~fortunately I haven't been unwell in over a year, so I wasn't eligible anymore for a phone consult. They gave me a call swiftly to advise me of this and provided clear instructions on attending the clinic. I had cold/flu symptoms so a doctor came out to my vehicle in PPE to complete the consultation. Overall it was a great experience and I was satisfied by my doctor and reception interactions. Both were lovely and caring - I would recommend the team at Victoria Crescent.
