Fantastic practice. I have been seeing Dr Lai for many years and he is a superb doctor - very caring and responsive. The other doctors are great too. I would definitely recommend any doctor at this practice. The receptionists are excellent at supporting both patients as well as the doctors.

The worst experience just now with the lady on reception. I live less than 200 metres away from this practice and called to see if I could get an emergency appointment today, the lady said “not today we’re fully booked” and then hung up the phone. I immediately called back to ask when I might be able to get an appointment and the lady said “no, we’re not taking new clients”, guess I’ll go somewhere that cares about their local community instead!

Never had an issue here at all with any of the Dr's or staff. Front end staff are always friendly and helpfull. Dr Wong and Dr Janji are awesome Dr's who spend time explaining issues and the process moving forward. The negative feedback left was probably from negative people!

I spent nearly $100 on doctor appointment and treatment and turned out I was misdiagnosed by the doctor I saw. I highly suggest avoiding this practice if possible. Only reason I went there was because I was in a lot of pain and my normal doctor was still closed over the Christmas period. AVOID!!!
I have since seen my regular doctor at Mortdale medical center and she sent me to a specialist which confirmed her her diagnosis.
Avoid this practice at all cost!!

Regarding the reply from this service, I don't use my real name on this google app for several reasons as you have verified with your response why but am very happy to give you all the details if you send me a contact address. Also you say you contacted the centre I got the right diagnosis, it is actually against the law for them to give any personal information or diagnosis without my consent. It comes under the doctor patient confidence act.
