I saw the midwife, Lauren at Vera throughout most of my pregnancy. My whole experience with Lauren and Vera Wellness was beyond amazing. The space feels nurturing and wholesome, and everyone you meet within the clinic is super friendly and caring. I saw Lauren from week 20 and the care followed on after my pregnancy to post partum care, which was invaluable and made the whole experience and journey so much better. I felt cared for, comfortable and as ready as I could, both physically and emotionally to have my baby and for the transition into parenthood (which we discussed in detail). Visiting the clinic to see Lauren was also relaxing, the space in the countryside is beautiful and you feel more at ease than you usually would when seeing a medical professional. I couldn’t imagine the experience without Lauren. Her knowledge, advice and suppport that was given to myself and also to my husband during her home visits was nothing short of amazing. We also loved learning about baby massage and our little girl loves it to this day. The best thing about Vera is that it’s got it all - massage, GP, midwife etc all in one spot. Keep it up.

From the moment my daughter and I arrived we felt a sense of calm and tranquillity. Not only is Vera Wellness set in an absolutely amazing location your surrounded by some of the most caring doctors I have ever come across.

The passion and dedication to caring for your womens need is inspiring. The extensive knowledge and the ability to explain how your body is working, why your body is doing certain things and how they can assist in making your day to day life easier is truly amazing.

Vera is truly a women's health sanctuary. Not only are the individual practitioners excellent on their own, the collaborative nature of Vera offers something really special. I found Vera when I was very overwhelmed and frustrated, navigating different specialists and after being dismissed by other doctors. Every person I have seen at Vera listened to my concerns, were compassionate, and offered me a personalised, holistic treatment plan. The clinic itself is a beautiful space, and is supported by an amazing admin team. I highly recommend Dr Peta, Brooke, Lisa, Bec and Claire specifically. I can't speak a bad word about them, and tell any woman who is looking for holistic support with women's health to visit Vera.

Highly recommend Vera Women's Wellness! Whilst being 100% professional the care and empathy they deliver is unlike any other experience I've had dealing with medical professionals; ALL of the staff (reception, nurses, doctors) are so kind and you genuinely feel that they care for you the minute you call to even book the appointment.

I have struggled with anxiety and trauma in my life and both Dr Peta and Dr Alice have been so personable, caring and understanding towards mental health and also physical/alternative wellness. There is a doctor there for everyone wether you want a completely traditional medical approach or if you're interested in holistic care, they have you covered.

Also the location and clinic itself is gorgeous, they offer beautiful teas, great reading material and an aesthetically pleasing/ relaxing room to wait in - it almost feels like a spa experience when you're waiting for your appointment to start :).

I have no other affiliation with this practise other than being a really happy patient and I just had to review this clinic as it's been such a different experience vs any other I've had. 10/10

Dr Wright and her team honestly changed my life.

I came to this clinic with severe pelvic pain and was previously advised by another gynaecologist to have surgery. Rather than jumping to the extreme option of surgery, Dr Wright and her team looked at the root cause of the pain and treated the issue at that root-cause level. I honestly cannot thank Vera enough, as my whole entire life has changed... well beyond my pelvic pain!!

My gut issues have healed, my anxiety has improved substantially, and my pelvic pain has more or less gone! Most of all, I feel empowered and in control of my body once again. It would have been easy for Dr Wright to make a quick couple of grand from me by offering the surgical option, but she genuinely cares about finding the best treatment for her patients, looking at the whole of the patient.

The staff are all so kind, caring and respectful and you feel really safe and secure in their beautiful facility tucked away in the serene Samford Valley (the drive is so relaxing!!). They also really put a lot of effort into the little touches, from the use of essential oils, to the relaxing music, and the empowering books at reception. I also noticed that the staff allow a significant amount of time for the consults, you never feel rushed and you feel genuinely cared for.

I honestly couldn't recommend this clinic high enough. Thank you Peta and colleagues ❤
