Probably the worst business I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Left an asbestos bin on our front lawn for a month (paid and pick up requested 3 weeks prior) while my wife was heavily pregnant which delayed our renovation and cost us money. Made even worse by the fact we live directly across the road from a school and they didn't seem to care. Appalling service standards avoid at all costs.

Don’t always collect the general rubbish bins they are contracted to collect. . They do one side of the street but regularly miss bins on the other side of the street. Terrible service that I am paying for through my rates.

General waste that says no batteries and chemicals. Yet they refused to pick up a bin cause it had a few broken tiles. Not happy that I have to go through all the rubbish to collect small tile peices, any excuse hey?

Unprofessional and reprehensible. At least twice a week they come to the neighbourhoods facility to pick up heavy duty rubbish, which makes an awful noise, at 4AM. There should be legislation preventing gargabe trucks to make this kind of noise in a residential area at 4AM in the morning. Will follow up with local council.

BEWARE. Do not engage this company to empty your bins, they will fraudulently invoice you for bins they have never collected then ignore your emails for 6 months while still sending invoices.

Noisy early morning collections of dumpsters in a residential area. 4am wake up.. they don't seem to care about impacting people's sleep.

As a Contractor very nice clean presentation and comfortable seating for a waiting area. Disable accessible and parking out front of the entrance rolling ramp up to the entrances and around the complex area.
