WOW!!!!
TERRIBLE phone experience.
Female staff member was very impatient, unempathetic and extremely defensive over a comment I made on the consultation process which is not cost effective at all if you have had sclerotherapy several times before.
Wouldn’t accept clinical history from other doctors to avoid unnecessary consultation when I already know what I want done as it’s the same procedure as before.
Staff member took my feedback very personal and was not professional at all.
Criticised my attitude and reprimanded me like some school principal who thinks she can decide whether I have the right to have an appointment with a doctor or not. Wow!
Talk about a massive power trip!
She hung up on me and I called back to reason with her and say that the way she handled my comment was totally unprofessional. She kept silent and listened with her witness as I earnestly explained that I have the right to say what I think about a consultation procedure without being criticised and humiliated.
I said I felt frustrated as it’s an EXPENSIVE consultation without even getting a procedure done. [My excellent previous female doctor (now retired) performed a consultation and sclerotherapy on the same day.] This female staff member was very defensive and was not professional at all!!
I asked her if she could atleast acknowledge me after what I said. She rudely ignored me and said do you want to be booked in? ABSOLUTELY NO CONFLICT RESOLUTION SKILLS PRESENT within this woman. No compassion or kindness to be working in the medical industry.
Not friendly at all.
If staff want respect then BE respectful to others despite their misunderstood attitude and don’t ABUSE potential patients who are doing their best and are still getting slugged huge doctor’s bills these days.
When I asked her for her name to make a complaint about her harsh and nasty attitude she started being accusatory and saying I was harassing her and will call the police. Talk about twisting the truth and being dishonest to cover herself! As if you would get the police involved on a customer who gave some negative feedback! We are allowed to give feedback are we not? Freedom of speech is not allowed?!!! Wow!!!
Totally unprofessional when I have every right to complain about this medical centre to HCCC.
In fact I was trying to resolve the issue and explain why I said the consult plus procedure was expensive and somewhat pretentious.
The customer is not respected anymore!!! Those days are over!!!!
Talk about a power trip from medical staff at this medical centre.

Just got home from a procedure with Mark. Wanting to give my thanks and my recommendation as the bedside manner of both Mark and his staff is beyond reproach. The level of professionalism and the step by step guidance afforded me a high level of comfort, both physical and emotional, throughout the whole process... and the music was pretty good too 🙂 Thanks to the whole team for making an otherwise daunting experience as pleasant as one could possibly hope. To anyone reading this, don't look any further. Go with these guys.

Had the opportunity to visit Dr elvy at his Crows Nest, Sydney clinic. What a superb experience. Professional, a clear and informative consultation and faultless surgery. The follow up and patient care was second to none. Thank you Dr Elvy.
