My family and I have been going to this doctor since I was a child but we have recently switched to someone else.

My mother has had an ongoing problems with her injury for many years, this doctor has always said there’s nothing else that can be done and he is not wanting to help her further. I told my mother to visit a new GP, this new GP has listened, been patient with my mother and put all her efforts to help my mother. My mother is now slowly becoming better due our new GP.

How disappointing that my mother had to suffer for years because this doctor at Vasan medical centre did not want to help her any further dispute her cries for help. We will not be returning or recommending this doctor to anyone.

I got my vaccine almost two weeks ago. Doctor was very unprofessional and unhygienic.

In this difficult pandemic, I noticed that he did not change his gloves at all, to the point there was a tear on the glove at his thumbs. The same hands that handled our needles, that answered the phone, that opened the doors, picked items from the floor, type on the computer, and prepared our vaccine vials. His gloves were blue but the only gloves in his room were white.

The vaccine vial was left under his computer monitor by itself, no tray or proper location. He had to make a new vaccine vial, i noticed he inverted the solution with the same thumb that was exposed from his glove, and he did not clean his hands at all.

We came as a family of three and it seemed like he didn't clean any equipment in the clinic. He tested our blood pressure, touching our hands and clothes without cleaning his hands nor the equipment.

Fairfield is a hotspot but it seemed like he didn't care at all. He was also very slow and the receptionist was also rude. Will only come for the second dose and never again. And even then I hope he will improve his practice at our next visit or I might just report this kind of poor practice.

The doctor and the receptionist are kind people, but I am switching GPs for a number of reasons. Long wait times and just a generally unsupportive environment, especially poor assistance with mental health care. Every time I spoke to this doctor I felt that he was not listening and didn't care much to help. I recently needed a medical certificate that the doctor did not want to supply over the phone despite lockdown restrictions, and was spoken to very condescendingly. I spoke to a new GP over the phone through TeleHealth and was given the help I needed in like, 10 minutes, with the medical certificate sent through an app instantly. It just doesn't need to be so difficult to get medical assistance. I'm sure he is skilled in other areas, but I would not return to this clinic for anything other than short-term illness and prescriptions. Even then you would have to wait 1-2 hours.

The most unprofessional service.

Rude phone manners, lack of etiquette and no sense of professionalism.

I booked a vaccine a week prior and was told to call 30 minutes before my appointment to check how long the waiting period was; due to a high volume of patient's, and as Dr is always running behind.

On the day of my appointment, I called, stated my name and specified exactly why I was calling. I was told not to come in and to call back in an hour, as Dr was running behind.

An hour later I called, stated my name and exact vaccine and reason for calling again. To which I was told to finally come in.

After a 20 minute drive to the centre, I was met immediately with a sense of bias.

I was told the vaccine didn't come in.. to which I replied that during previous calls, I was told which day stock would arrive and to call back and book on that day. On the indicated date, I was told stock had come in, confirmed my vaccine and placed my booking.

At my appointment, reception proceeded to tell me the vaccine ran out, then told me it didn't arrive, then told again that they ran out of stock. I simply was not given a straight answer.

I called twice before going in, and specified that I had an appointment for that specific vaccine, and at no time was I informed that stock ran out.
