Dear Valentius ,
I was treated very well and assisted by the Valentius Staff. Very efficient Group. I left due to serious headaches. I scaled down the medicine in dosage, however, I stil had the horrific headaches. Thank you for your kisistance and support.

Posting on my burner email as they make me uneasy and anxious, but I’ve literally never felt so judged by a doctor until my appointment here; and I work in the medical field. The doctor I had prior at this clinic was fine, and then when they booked me with this new doctor they made it seem like he didn’t want anything to do with me or something like that; couldn’t be the case, we got on fine. Then they cancelled my appointment by mistake and my new doctor lectured me about showing up to appointments. I went with this clinic due to a suggestion, but it turns out they’re just taking advantage of vulnerable veterans. Switching clinics ASAP.

I have been a patient at this practice for three months. During the first month, everything proceeded smoothly, and I was able to obtain my prescriptions without issue. However, the situation deteriorated significantly in the subsequent months.

In the second month, I required a new prescription. Despite expressing to the doctor that the previous medication was too weak and requesting a stronger dosage, my concerns were dismissed. The doctor insisted on prescribing a different brand with the same strength, claiming “it is stronger then the other brand”, without considering my feedback.

The third month was even more frustrating. I did not receive a scheduled call for my appointment, nor any notification of a missed call or follow-up. When I contacted the office, the staff could not provide a satisfactory explanation. I was told by one representative that “the doctor would call me back in 30 minutes”, but after waiting over an hour with no call, I reached out again. This time, a different representative informed me that “the doctor had finished for the day 30 minutes prior”, which was contradictory. Finally, the manager stated that “no doctors are available on Fridays”.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received. Being misled and receiving inconsistent information is unacceptable. This level of customer service is far from professional and does not meet the standards one would expect from a healthcare provider. I hope others reading this are prepared for potentially terrible customer service

Horrible! Have been trying to get scripts for 4 months, spoken with 2 doctors who both said they would call back but didn't. So this has meant ringing in, being on hold for hours and hours and when you get to talk to someone they are rude, ignore your questions and concerns. You need a psych appointment after dealing with these people. Pretty bad when your a Veteran Health organisation.

What started out initially seeming to be a good service soon fell apart with need for a second prescription.
From there prescription after prescription messed up, not valid or void prescription being forwarded to pharmacy unable to dispense.
Phone call after phone call to what appears to be a call centre renders little assistance .. often just left with no response and no call back after being told that would be the case.
I'm in a rural location so postage times were also not being taken into account meaning days to weeks without medication.
A frustrating process.

It's CA Clinics ... for DVA clients we now call it Valentius.

So far I've recieved great service from Valentius, doctors calls are always on time and prescriptions are usually recieved by post within a few days from Queensland to Western Australia, which is excellent. And I'm very happy with the products 🙂

Would give 0 if I could. They are a sister company of the CA clinic and they seem to have imported the same terrible customer service, Anastasia in particular.They keep bringing patients on but don't have enough Drs to write the scripts. I'm still waiting for 2 scripts, one has been dispensed by someone somewhere but no one can tell me. Sounds very grifty. Stay away. I'm moving to provocatus and I suggest you do too, they are meant to be the business as far as veterans care. Just to add to this shambolic mess I just got off the phone with Anastasia with her saying my scripts were at the pharmacy, it was the scripts from last month that had already been dispensed. The scripts don't even remotely sound like each other. So some more outstanding customer service.

I’ve had nothing but the best experience using Valentius. They have veterans working to support veterans on their journey to better health outcomes. Their doctors value their patients and work to provide a pathway back to where we want to be based on our needs and injuries sustained in service. Can’t recommend higher.
