Horrible receptionist, I was treated so badly. They wouldn’t give me my blood results even though they were urgent and they were so rude. For no reason, clearly they hate working there if they treat patients like this who are sick and already going through a hard time.

DO NOT GET WOMENS HEALTH ADVICE FROM HERE… I have multiple family member/close friends that told me the women health “doctor” has made them feel uncomfortable during appointments AND made inappropriate actions towards checking for breast cancer AND vaginal diagnosis. This is the only women’s health “doctor” available at this medical centre. I am disgusted to think what else he has done with women I do not know, but the fact that all members I know that have been there for birth control has said the same thing is beyond worrying…

I would like to thank all the reception staff at Vale Medical Practice. They always are welcoming and helpful whenever my family have visited. We have been coming for over 20 years. Their patience gets tested especially nowadays when patients have become more demanding. The doctors also are the best. We need more GP doctors

I visited to Vale Medical Practice for travel vaccine and the whole experience was great.

The nurse who administered my travel vaccines was an absolute gem. She not only demonstrated a high level of professionalism and up-to-date knowledge in her field but also went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and at ease. Her caring and kindness made me feel like I was part of her own family. Thank you Alicia!

After that, I visited the clinic's pathology department for a blood test, and once again, I was met with the same level of professionalism. Thank you Laura!

I had a truly exceptional experience at this medical center. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm and welcoming. The doctors were not only highly knowledgeable but also took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all my questions. The facility was clean and well maintained. I have been a patient at Vale Medical since I was a little kid, I’ve grown up there and seen a number of doctors over the years. Most recently I have seen Dr Lay Nwe and can highly recommend her. I've been seeing the same doctor at Vale for many years and think he is fantastic unfortunately every time I have an appointment I have to wait at least an hour from appointment time to see my doctor. Last visit was 1 1/2 hours. This is not a rare accurance and has been happening for years. I cannot remember getting to see my doctor at the appointment time.
I find I have to take a day off work to visit my doctor and it is impossible to have other appointments elsewhere if I need to do other things on the same day.
Surely this is a problem than can be solved with some sort of decent management.
