I love starting my day being greeted by Jennifer's smiling face.
I was sceptical about what results I'd really see after 30 minute sessions 3 times a week but to my surprise this really does work. I'm finally back to being confident to wear shorts again and no longer dislike my legs.

Vacufit is a great place to tone up and work on those wobbly bits 😁 Jen is lovely and is always ready to answer any questions you have. Just finished another lot of sessions with good results. If you ensure you incorporate good eating habits with your Vacufit sessions, you WILL get results. Centimetres will be lost. 😊

Where do I begin - I’m so glad I invested in Vacufit it has enriched every aspect of my life. I am 5 months postpartum and I was struggling with my mental health, which then lead to eating poorly gaining more weight after I had Bub and I was extremely unhappy with most areas in my life.

I have been doing Vacufit for 4 weeks, Jen has been so uplifting to my goals and helping me stay on track and accountable. She is extremely encouraging and even on some mornings when I’m feeling sluggish or had a bad sleep and I’m like ahh I don’t feel like going today my mind instantly goes no I gotta go because I know she will call me out on my bullshit excuses.

Having someone like this apart of your journey makes a massive difference especially if you are someone that falls off the bandwagon. I work full time and a full time mama which that’s why this type of exercise works for me really well because having a baby that’s not in day care yet and working long days these 3 weekly session sets me up for success!!!!!

I have lost 28.7cm in total and fitting into a whole 1 - 2 sizes down depending on the fit. I am able to bring bub which makes life a million times easier because it’s now apart of my morning routine and something for me. It has not only helped my weight loss journey but my energy levels are insane, my mental health is so much better, my eating habits have improved by 100% and I feel unstoppable.

I’m looking forward to see what the next 2 months hold for us. I would 110000000000% recommend Vacufit. As any type of exercise you get what you put in and what you will get out of it.

I still enjoy my life and eating what I want but as Jen suggested to track my calories and if I do have something planned for the weekend to bank some calories throughout the week if Im worried about going over on the weekend.

So grateful for Jen & myself for making this decision to do this for myself. 🖤🖤🖤

Love going to Vacufit. Get a workout when you don’t feel you’re really working out. Trust me you still sweat. The results with Vacufit are fabulous. After 6 week I’ve lost 4 kgs my waist has shrunk I feel so much better. Jen is so wonderful & welcoming

I love this place! Not only are the staff amazing but VACUFIT REALLY DOES WORK, and you will see results. If you can pedal a bike you can do VACUFIT. VACUFIT offers a free 20 min trial so treat yourself and give it a go! You won't be disappointed!
