Out of the way for those that don't work on Patch and is located on an installation known for no parking. Having made a physical screening for my 16 y.o. daughter for school sports, the front office staff told me that they are speaking with the patient during a conversation about a change in doctor availability for a scheduled appointment. I was told that my daughter was old enough to make her own healthcare decisions. After I reminded them of my role as a parent, a father, and the person who is responsible for life of the family, they tried to tell me how they were just following the law. They then started to ask my daughter questions, at the front desk, that my daughter couldn't answer and when they both looked to me for answers, I smirked and reminded them that they are dealing with the patient.

Oh, and the slowest pharmacy I think I've ever seen. I've litterly fell asleep in the pharmacy, waiting for my Rx to get filled.

The only reason I don't give zero stars are Dr. Alfieri (the most amazing pediatrician) and the behavioral part of the clinic. Other than that it is a absolute mess, to put it nicely, and I can't wait to never have to go here anymore. Incompetence left and right. Staff doesn't know what they are doing and literally have messed up screening paperwork and wasted hours of my life, mind you I have a baby that I unnecessarily had to put through hours at the clinic with a high risk if catching an illness. Doctors are spreading false/outdated information...unbelievable.

I've generally been satisfied with my experience at this clinic. Doc Roper is awesome. Recently, however, the clinic came in absolutely clutch in my time of need. I consider myself a smart person generally speaking, but sometimes I can be an idiot. My unit was recently sent to Ghana to support a big conference taking place there and I needed a yellow vaccine card to get into the country. I went into the clinic about a month before taking off to obtain that card along with anything else I needed. A day before we take off I'm packing everything up and making sure I have everything and I realize I don't have my yellow vaccine card. How odd. I turn over my room. I look through my bags. I check the office. I can't find the damn thing. Many stressful hours pass and I end up having to drive to the clinic 45 minutes before we depart for our flight in a last ditch effort to get this problem solved. I get there, walk up to the front desk, explain my situation, the lady helping me walks away and comes back 10 minutes later with a new yellow card for me. Absolute life saver. I messed up big time and they totally saved my a**. I was told Ms. Harris was the person responsible for helping me out, so I just wanted to say thank you so much. I was told that having that yellow card was essential to gain entry to the country, so I would have been screwed without it. THANK YOU Ms. Harris and the rest of the clinic team!

If it’s with in an hour of closing time and you call, good luck getting someone to pick up.

Went to pick up my insulin auto injector at the Patch pharmacy, however after getting back to my hotel, I noticed there were no needle heads for autoinjector to administer medication. I called and spoke with pharmacy technician she stated I was supposed to return to my physicians office and they would supply me with auto injector needles. That makes absolutely no since!? If the pharmacy provides medication, why would they not supply the entire system The technician said she would have the auto injection needles waiting for me upon my return. Sounds as if they forgot to give me what I needed initially and rather point fingers for a lack of attention to detail. Very disappointing encounter.

There is always a wait past your appointment time; staff is super slow. Front desk staff changes all the time and dont get the training they need; I had to wait over 2 hours to see a nurse because the front desk clerk tagged me incorrectly.
The only efficient section in this clinic is the pharmacy.

Wanted them to check out a problem after having wasted time getting registered and directed to two unnecessary offices. By then they couldn’t see me but were kind enough to suggest that I go to the German hospital in Bad Cannstatt. Nothing beats suggesting a 80 Euro round trip taxi ride as an alternative. In 51 years of service in and around the Army, I never felt so disgusted as I did walking out of that pathetic excuse for a medical clinic.
