Awesome experience with skilled practitioners. Came in for a remedial massage for a hamstring injury with Desire which was excellent and very effective and then ended up seeing their resident audiologist Mikaela who solved my hearing issue in less than 5 minutes. Highly recommended.

I started seeing Kat for remedial massage around 10 years ago, after a whiplash injury. Having a chronic injury is frustrating and I had really struggled to find relief. Kat’s team has helped to keep my pain at bay and they have given me strategies that I can use at home to make me feel better. The thing I really like about Urban Well is that it doesn’t matter who I see, I always come out feeling great. Each therapist has their own way of doing things but I like that everyone assesses me, before I start my massage and they tailor their treatment to what I need at that specific time. Recently I have begun working with one of their health coaches. I didn’t really know much about health coaching prior to my first appointment. I was just stuck in a health rut and wanted some accountability and support to get me back on track. Since working with Erin I have more energy, I am motivated to exercise on a regular basis and feel better than I have in a long time. Can’t recommend working with a health coach at Urban Well enough!

I went here weekly for remedial massage wanting to try something new after years of physio didn’t help back and jaw pain as much as I’d like. Made a huge difference in my quality of life, really knowledgeable people who are compassionate and dedicated to your health. I will be going back as soon as I can budget it- not expensive but that’s Jobseeker for you!

Highly recommend this place! I have seen Mikayla a couple of times and she is amazing, very knowledgeable and I appreciate how much she takes the time to educate. I also saw Gavin today for a last minute appointment and he was fantastic, really helped my issues and took the time to educate me and give me advice.
Everyone seems incredibly passionate about what they do and I think that makes such a huge difference.

Urban Well has taught me the power of a team approach to my treatment. Initially I saw them for remedial massage. However they quickly identified that my treatment would be better if we brought on a physio, who specialised in lower back injuries. Since they helped me connect with this physio, as well as an exercise physiologist from Urban, my recovery has sped up and we have gotten to the bottom of what is going on. I am now out of pain, have a way forward and the friendly team at Urban who have helped support me along the way. Thanks guys.
