At times I too have had to wait to be seen past my appt time.
When that happens I understand the patient who is being seen needs that extra time. Some time I may need extra time. I am grateful for my treatment, respectful, kind, and professional by all the team members at Upper Ross Medical Centre. Thank you, for caring.

At least they have a smoking area. Best medical centre in Townsville. You don't have to wait hours like other places in a crowded waiting rooms, plus the doctors and nurses come out to get you. What a great service for a disabled person like me who could end up in hospital spending too much time in waiting room. I have been through it twice this week. What torture?

Arrived 20minutes early for my appointment with a mask exemption from my surgeon who I had just had a Septoplasty with (nose surgery). I was informed that I would have to sit outside in the 33 degree weather because it was policy that wouldn’t allow me inside the A/C waiting area without a mask even tho I have the exemption from a specialist.. What is the point of mandates and legitimate exemptions if even the Doctors don’t follow them.. honestly pathetic. If I can get into the mater hospital with my medical exemption but not a small medical centre out in the boondocks what’s the point of forcing me to sit outside. Now I will be arriving to my appointment covered in sweat and overheating because that’s “the healthier alternative”

I specifically requested a female doctor when I rang to book, only to wait 30 minutes for my appointment to find out that I had been booked in with a male doctor. Not happy with their service or reception.

Terrible doctors clinic. Have to wait in the car outside for doctor to call you back and dr to come out to you. You go there for an appointment and 45 mins later still not seen to. Terribly run what a joke.
