Excellent service. This was by far the most thoroughly conducted eye exam that I've had to date, which made me feel reassured. The student optometrist who conduct my examination was great at explaining what they were doing at each stage, and it was very interesting to see how the supervisor supported the student throughout. Glasses were a good price and arrived in 10 days. Would highly recommend.

This is the place I go every year for my regular eye checkups. The tests are done by undergraduate or postgraduate students and later verified by a professor. The people are friendly and nice to talk to, and very professional as well. We can ask to clarify anything we have, and they explain to you like a child, which I really like.

They provided great optometry service. In my case when I got there the staffs are super friendly and Intern student ( Sarah ) handled the eye exam for me really professional. They also have supervisors to double check that their final years interns do the eye exams properly. The UNSW optometry clinic also has enough modern qualified systems to make sure that you will get the best results during the whole process. However, there is one things that I’m quite disappointed about it is the waiting time for my glasses, now it’s been delay. But overall, it would be a great optometry clinic for everyone.

Thank you to the student and faculty member who provided me with an eye exam which was not only extremely comprehensive, but also free of charge!

I highly recommend this facility to anyone interested in checking their eye health and/or vision; it is a win win, a free eye check provided to you, and a subject provided to the student completing their degree 🙂

I have been to this clinic for several times: primary care, glass purchase and maintenance. Both staffs and students are very friendly and helpful.

Special thanks to Ms. Debbie, who helped me adjust and clean two pairs of glasses in a perfect way. Personally, I would highly recommend this 5-star clinic to everyone!

Do not recommend. Provided an incorrect update to my prescription (twice by students and verified by their supervisors). Caused a range of issues until I saw an actual optometrist who couldn't believe the mistake. When raised with the team, they did little to fix and told me come back in 6 weeks. Won't be back. This place is a joke.

Dr. Judy Kwan and student Anika Ayesha Chang helped me with my eye problems for free and were very caring. I thank them for their kindness and understanding. Seeing people who do their job with love gives me hope for the future. I wish them more success.
Finally, I want to add: don't be afraid to be examined by students. Everything is under control and they are confident. All results are reviewed repeatedly by experts.
