Dr Aisha Malik is an absolute professional. Her attention to details, care and professionalism really make me feel safe and comfortable. I am very satisfied and grateful to have her taking care of my health. The ancillary staff, from the nurses to pathology, are also very friendly and helpful. The seamless process of claiming directly from my overseas student health fund makes my experience much more pleasing and convenient. They provide a wide range of services, so I am confident that they have something for everyone. Highly recommend, especially if you are a UNSW student.

Worst experience ever. Can never get an appointment. Even after booking an appointment 2 weeks ago and checking in 10mins early. They made me wait for over 30mins. Very disappointed with the service.

Dr Aisha is amazing! She addressed the concerns professionally and she genuinely cares about your health. Also clinic solved the understaff issue so the booking now is so much easier.

I had an absolutely disappointing experience with the pathologist on December 2, 2024. This guy was completely unprofessional and he unnecessarily raised his voice at me just because I left the door open when I walked in. His rudeness and condescending attitude continued throughout the entire visit. It was beyond unacceptable and ruined my entire visit. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who values respect.

The administration team are grossly incompetent. God help you if you need to be referred to a specialist because they are incapable of basic communication around this. They will blame you for all problems despite an obvious paper trail showing that they're the problem. This is on top of the health impacts of having inadequate access to medical care as a result of their errors. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Dr Van Zanden at UNSW health service is my choice for exceptional integrative medical guidance. Dr Van Zanden is caring and professional and I’m so grateful that he has been looking after my health concerns for many years .
I can recommend philip to anyone who is seeking specialist / wholistic health support.
