The team at Unlock Health are first class. I've almost completed my personal program after feeling pins and needles sensations around my head and legs. While the results are not immediate, you do begin to realise progress as your body begins to heal itself.

I had no previous experience with chiropractic treatment before this, and I was desperate for a solution after my GP and acupuncturist left me back at square one.

The x-rays from the start are incredibly thorough. It showed exactly what I had to improve with my spine and the inflammation caused around that area causing the symptoms. Glen knows what he is doing with every adjustment. Suzie at the desk is always helpful and friendly.

I'm keen not just to finish my program with Glen and go back to my old habits, but to ensure that the work we've done over the past few months is sustainable for the long-term. I've resumed regular exercises and activities, and my symptoms rarely return, but when they do, they are much less severe than December-January.

If you have a private health insurer who covers you for chiro rebates, that is another big plus if you do need regular treatments.

Dr Greg was excellent, and I would highly recommend him. Unfortunately however, the hard-sales close attempt by the consultant at the desk after my first treatment did not work out for me.

I did intend to receive a combination of Physio and Chiro, and to only receive Chiro therapy once each 1-2 weeks, but the consultant at payment time required that it was 3 per week, or nothing at all.

It all felt a little sales-like, and unfortunately I neither had the time nor could I justify the cost to receive chiropractic-only treatment 3 times per week.

I was not disappointed about spending money, because I did receive fair value, and I would otherwise have provided a 5 star review, however I did invest time without the option to continue treatment on a less intensive basis.

For those who wish to visit this clinic, my experience was such:

1. First appointment: assessment including nerve conduction, X-ray, and physical assessment. No therapy on this appointment.

2. Second appointment: therapy received, quite excellent work, sales-type consultant at the front desk attempted high-pressure close to require 3 x per week therapy. Discounts offered for upfront payment of 3 months therapy, etc.

Again, I would recommend Dr Greg highly, however I would have appreciated to know in advance that it would be such a high number of mandatory sessions per week without any real flexibility with regards to that, in advance of my initial appointment.

Thank you again, Dr Greg, the therapy was excellent.
