This medical centre is perfect for those who wish to waste time, effort and money! Save yourself the trouble and go ANYWHERE else, ideally to see a doctor who will allow you to actually advocate for your own health.

I am disgusted on so many levels at the sheer amount of disrespect that I have faced while here. Wait times have exceeded 2 hours, past closing times without even an apology. Dr Shiromi's behaviour is horrific, judgmental, dismissive and borderlines on negligent. She needs to learn bow to be empathetic or have her medical isence revoked ASAP. Other doctors I have seen here would much rather go off on tangents about their unfounded views, not bothering to provide any evidence to their claims about one's health. Often spitting out guesses but never willing to follow them up with tests or discussions about alternate options.

The other staff members are mostly kind, albeit aloof, but I would rather that than unprofessional or rude.
And don't bother with the psychiatrist here unless you're willing to have your appointment pushed back 7 months with no notice.

Not happy at all by their time management. I booked my appointment at 3:45 but I have to wait more than 1 hour. If that’s going to happen then what’s the matter of taking appointments at certain time. 15-20 minutes is considerable but more than 1 hour is really not acceptable. So poor service waste of time ? and extra parking fees ?.

Doctor Tong is good, he take care me every thing few year ago. My appointment was at 9:00am and I waited for only 1mins to see my GP. The staffs here are very friendly and helpful. I always come to this medical centre when i need to use!

Dr Tong is rude & disrespectful. I am feeling dizzy & tight head after a car crash. The doctor only asked me some questions then open the door ask me to leave! Even I did not finish my questions. I felt disrespected & worse than before. The professional doctor should not treat their patient like this way.

This place has no chill waiting for my re-enrollment to just bulk bill me. Its hillarious that they want $80 from me for a 10m chat w a doctor who knew nothing about the UC group anxiety sessions (the only reason I came here). Well done...

I have been seeing Dr Jenny Weekes for years now. She is absolutely phenomenal, the best doctor I have ever been to. She is incredibly thorough, listens and is never dismissive. She will never cut your appointment short, she takes the time needed to make sure you have all your questions answered and feel satisfied with the outcome of the appointment. If other appointments are slightly pushed back or there is a bit of a wait, this may be why - but it is well worth it and just means she will do the same for you. The reception team are also amazing at fitting me in at the last minute, even when Jenny does not have any available appointments. They do very well in what is a hard job and can be full of criticism from the public. -- I felt compelled to leave this after seeing some of the reviews, which I believe do not provide an accurate reflection of the practice. People are very quick to provide negative feedback (and do not often provide the full picture), but often do not make the effort to share when things go well.

Dr. Flanagan has been looking after me and my whole family for over ten years. She has a genuine care for her patients and has always gone above and beyond to help us with our health concerns. She has guided myself and other family members of mine through numerous health challenges over the years through careful, sound advice and a wholistic approach that addresses ALL aspects of health and life. She is an excellent diagnostic specialist too and follows a very thorough approach to diagnostic testing. All of the health issues we have encountered have been accurately diagnosed by her and then swiftly treated by her caring and wholistic approach.

As for the clinic itself, I have nothing but positive things to say. From the moment I set foot into the clinic in 2011, I have found the administrative staff, for the most part, to be warm, welcoming and professional. The only drawback is that wait times ARE quite long at times, but it is a trade off I will happily make for the genuine and top quality care myself and my family receive from Dr. Flanagan.
I highly recommend this clinic and Dr. Flanagan!

I have been seeing the doctors here for several years now. My regular GP (Dr Weekes) is above and beyond. She genuinely cares about her clients and has often helped me regarding mental and physical health. She listens and genuinely attempts to find solutions to my ailments. I have since had a child and I take her to see Dr Weekes as well. My only qualm is that Dr Weekes is so popular I have to book well in advance! When I absolutely cannot see Dr Weekes, I will see Dr Flanagan and Dr Newbery (who is the BEST gyno in town - do not dismiss him just because he is male, I have felt safe and respected every visit. He is a delight and very funny.) I have also seen Dr Tong on occasion who is lovely as well.
