Always late... prepare yourself to wait around 1 hour every time. If you don't hate yourself and have a bit of respect for your time, please go somewhere else... it's worth the price. You come with a flu, you leave with a headache... not to mention you have to wait a week or two for the appointment.
They have a little note on the wall with the number of appointments they lost due to people not attending... maybe we should make a note with the time we lost, just to get some perspective.
I'm at the clinic right now... been waiting for 1h and 13min. Screw my life!

Wait time of 2-4 weeks for appointment and around 30 minute wait time once there, pretty standard for most clinics these days. GP was pretty good and receptionists were lovely.

It’s a nice clinic, reception staffed well. Service is not usually too late. Only problem is maybe some doctors need to revisit ethics in the treatment of patients with ‘care and sensitivity’. There is no need to be condescending, visiting doctors offices can be difficult for people so doctors should be kind and ensure patient experience is positive.

If you want an appointment here that isn't urgent you need to make it at least 2 weeks in advance, which is ridiculous. Other than that, this place is excellent. I've never had a better clinic experience before coming to this medical centre.

Impossible to get an appointment you can expect to wait 1-2+ weeks for a basic gp or 7+ months for mental health doctors, once you get an appointment they're always running 1hour + late. It's Really failing the Newcastle university students... I don't know why it's there and allowed to be named a service on campus.

I’ve been coming here for a couple of years now, and it’s the best experience I’ve had at a doctors surgery before. I have seen both Dr.Sally and Dr.Shah and they have both been so amazing. Dr.Shah is always so attentive and takes the time to ask questions and explain the outcome. The nurses are lovely and the receptionist is always so friendly and helpful.

I booked the appointment a week ago and got the mobile notification also. I went to contact the doctor on the day of appointment, but they told you don't have appointment. Later, I showed my mobile notification, then they gave appointment and asked to wait long time. They simply wasted my time.
