The receptionist with the Irish accent is extremely rude and has no manners. Cannot do her job properly, says she books you for a time and date and then doesn't put it down so you lose an appointment slot.

The wait times to see a Doctor are too long, and booking an appointment the earliest is usually two weeks away which is pointless if you need one much sooner or for an emergency.
This is a great practice though for the elderly and others with ample time on their hands to sit around and wait and aren't in any rush for anything. Dodgy memory? plan ahead anyway, even if it's only for a prescription, expect to wait two weeks without medication for that life threatening condition. Thumbs up for caring. This is why the E.D. at Hospitals is clogged with non critical cases.

Receptionist with the Irish accent is the rudest person to deal with. Can’t believe she’s still got a job after the amount of times she’s spoken to me like a piece of rubbish.

If Google would allow me to post without any stars, I would. One star is being generous
The receptionist at this centre is the RUDEST lady and I would highly consider getting a new admin to deal with. I was simply trying to book an appointment with this centre, and she told me 'We are not accepting new clients' and then hung up on me before I could get a word in.
This is supposed to be a professional centre and there wasn't an ounce of that shown. Absolutely shameful code of conduct.

Went in to get something signed for my depression and anxiety diagnosis, didn't know I was with a different doctor than my GP, but thought they could sign it. After being told they couldn't I completely understood, tucked the document back in my bag. Looked up to smile and thank the doctor for her time and she looked at me and said, "OK?!" in a rude tone. Almost like "get out of my office!" Extremely rude, I've had trouble before here with other doctors. If you can get in anywhere else, I'd recommend it.

Must admit the medical centre has smart and experienced admin staff, nurses and doctors. I have been a regular visitor at the centre for the past 10 years and I can’t fault their service in which way or form.

The online booking system work’s fantastic and is easy to use with timely text confirmation

I feel safe and comfortable seeing experienced and Professional doctors who hold RACGP fellowship.

Keep up the great work.

Disgusting little hole in the wall practice with a rude receptionist, Sneh, who acts as the gate keeper to medical assistance. She is rude and dismissive and should not be working in the medical field at all. Booking system is also disgraceful, allowed me to book an appointment but then the doctor refused to see me as I was a 'new' patient, didn't matter I've been a patient at another UMC practice for years. Nobody tried calling ahead of the appointment time to let me know. It wasn't until I arrived at the clinic I was informed of this. When I expressed my frustration as I was in pain and required assistance I was told 'the hospital will see you'. Disgusting premises, horrible staff, book anywhere else if you can
