The best clinic hands down. We have tried multiple clinics but found the doctors here to be patient, thorough and knowledgeable. Yes, you might have a long wait, but that's because they take their time with each patient and try to get to bottom of the issue not just treat the symptoms. Dr Agnes is our doctor and even though we have moved to SA, we see her for a check up when in Melbourne.

You make a booking and the Doctors don't show up. No call. No message. No apology Just no show. And this happens again and again.

Dr Foo is an amazing Doctor and always lovely and on time. But everyone else is rude and incompetent.

Do not book an appointment with Dr Xu, if you are happy to wait 90 mins or even longer, the male receptionist told patients that it is patient’s responsibility to contact reception team to confirm Dr Xu is running her appointment on schedule.
What a ridiculous practice.

Bad experience. First and last time attending this medical centre today. After waiting 45 min we were called in by the doctor.
My daughter was asked to give a urine sample by the doctor and was asked to bring it straight back to her room. Whilst walking to the bathroom I noticed a patient walk in and was straight away called by the doctor. When we had finished in the bathroom we walked back to the doctors room and noticed the door was closed, the man at reception said knock on the door in which I did and then heard " wait " .
We then proceeded to sit down and waited a further 20 minutes. I asked the man at reception why the doctor had seen a patient in between my appointment to which he replied " maybe she thought you'd be a while".. really for a urine sample? it took 2 minutes.
The doctor then called us and with the door open was still chatting to her patient and they stood in the doorway having a conversation for a few more minutes whilst we just stood there .
It seems some patients are a priority and we were clearly not.
The most unprofessional service I've ever received at a medical centre.

While I understand unexpected delays, what was particularly unacceptable was the receptionist’s dismissive response when I have already waited for one hour. Upon asking for an update, I was told, "I can’t do anything; I’m just a receptionist.”This attitude demonstrated a lack of empathy, professionalism, and patient ccar.

I've expected some professional medical advise from Dr Xu but I was so disappointed and frustrated about her at all,, stay away from this clinic. I'll never be back.

I think Dr Juliana and Dr Eunice are great GPs concerning women’s health. Hard to get an appt in if it isn’t scheduled but honestly these GPs are doing their best, I believe!
Perhaps one thing to make it more user friendly- Centre management can reinstate Hotdoc to make it easier for client bookings as it’s easier than Automed

Dr Jing is a good doctor but unfortunately, the biggest problem I have with her is the fact she’s always running late. I have to wait for an hour, sometimes 1.5 hrs to see her & sometimes have to cancel as I have other appointments to attend to. I suggest Dr Jing to try & have less patients per day as it’s really not nice to have to wait all the time. I am not the only one annoyed by this. Many are. Please do something. Thank you.
