First time using the clinic, and I'm not impressed at all!! Horrible wait times that are apparently this is normal for that doctor. The appointment was at 1030 its now 1140, and there are still at least 1 to 2 people in front of me. A once off wait is understandable, but the people i have been sitting with have been waiting for 2hrs. They also still charge you no matter how late they are running... maybe the doctor should be free if they are over an hour late and maybe that might encourage them to be better with their patients time. DO BETTER!!!!!

Terrible doctors clinic, always waiting forever to see the doctor, minimum wait time from experience is always 2+ hours and you won’t see the doctor come out, most I’ve ever had to wait for the doctor was 6 hours and when I was seen all they cared about was not listening to me at all and getting me out the door. when being seen about serious things every single time I feel belittled, one appointment I had I was reduced to tears because of how rude they were being towards me while I was exposed. when I was a teen after trying to end myself and I wanted to get a referral to a psych to get on meds, the owner of the clinic said ‘well if you try again and you don’t succeed come back then we’ll put you on medication’. Recently wanted a referral to somewhere, been waiting months, found the place I wanted to be referred to myself and turns out the owner of the clinic that was my doctor never sent my referral to the clinic.
I don’t know where ANY of these half decent reviews are coming from considering everyone I know of and even strangers turn around and say DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC.
This review is just a warning to everyone, please go to another clinic where you’ll actually be taken care of

This clinic is an absolute joke. They have zero respect for other people’s time. Every single time I show up on time, I end up waiting forever. What’s the point of making an appointment if they can’t stick to it? Completely unprofessional, inefficient, and downright frustrating. The doctor and staff clearly have no regard for their patients. What a pathetic excuse for a clinic.

What a joke of a medical clinic. 1 hour wait for a piece of paper and 80 dollars. This place should be shut down. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Do not come here.

Super slow ........
I heard the doctor and the patient chatting loudly and for a long time.
Stop chatting and focus on the doctor. We're waiting until closing time.

Worst clinic in Latrobe Valley. They consistently keep you waiting at least an hour past your appointment time and then still have the ABSOLUTE NERVE to charge you an out of pocket fee even though they waste your time while you sit in the waiting room waiting and waiting and waiting. Should refuse to pay it as compensation for my time wasted. Avoid.

Clean office and staff are pleasant. Quick updates are always sent and always fit you in without to much hassle. That's a plus! Having HotDoc for appointments is easy to manage appointment scheduling a breeze. Good doctors.
