Recommend everyone about the company , the services are so good , and the staffs are so nice , patient and understanding what i and my family need , they have helped us been through our hard situation .

Never Never Never leave your love ones in their care! Stay away from them!

Saw their staff with bunch of kids with special need at Blaxland Riverside Park on 18/03/2023 around 10:45am.

Did not supervise the kids at all, just let them run loose, they were pushing others, grabbing, throwing others' toys. I repeatedly told the staffs, 4 times on different occasions, that they should keep a close eye on the kids, because there are other kids around. They do not care at all!

In the end, one of their kids pushed a little girl down the slope in the water park. And the staffs did not even check on the kid that was hurt, just grabbed their kids and ran off! Absolutely irresponsible! Outrages!

*The girl got away with just scratches, but the thing that could have happened if she land on her head...
