We have tried to give this chemist a fair go on a number of occasions but the customer service staff are always so rude. My partner and I always comment to each other on how we’ve been treated. Today I asked my partner to buy two baby Panadols and the retail assistant gave him such a hard time for it, requesting his reasoning and carrying on further. We’ve never had an issue getting two at any other pharmacy - sometimes we keep one in the nappy bag or the car or just like to have a spare in the first aid kit in case we get stuck or for when he’s out at FIFO and I don’t have the chance to go to a chemist. It’s not a controlled substance, it’s baby panadol and we are parents, get off your high horse. Last straw today and will never use this chemist again, my poor partner doing his best to pick up the baby medicine and get things done, trying to keep it together with a little baby who had been hysterical during the car trip. Horrendous. Even the pharmacist was seemingly confused at the retail assistant’s carry on. Also - almost double what we pay at the other pharmacies.

Always very pleasant and helpful. Convenient next to the medical centre so yes not always the cheapest price but quick and convenient. Lovely gifts and bargains to be found.

Very rude staff, completely unhelpful, out of a very common ear medicine, can't even compound it, yet supposed to be a compounding pharmacy! No alternative offered whatsoever!!! They care more about their own little bubble world than their customers!!! Big, big thumbs down!!! Zero stars, if I could!!!
