Very average service & willingness to help. Adequate range of products for a very tiny store - but went elsewhere to get products, as not that helpful trying to get me what I needed. Not well trained counter staff

I really disliked this pharmacy and only ever went for Convenience. Nothing was confidential and staff talked so loud, everyone knew your business however, in the last 6-12 months, there has been a pleasant change in the air. The staff are friendly, helpful and more importantly, don’t tell the world that hemorrhoid cream is ‘just down this isle’. I love the improvements to both the staff and shop. Thank you 🌸

I've been going to United Chemist Andergrove for at least a year. At first my experience was very negative. Very judgmental with the Pharmacist and most of the staff. Was never greeted with a smile and a genuine Hi how can I help. I thought about changing Pharmacy's. Until a very bubbly, helpful, smiley staff member, Sherene came and asked me if she could help me. I was having a bad day and she took the time to listen to me. I really appreciated it and she made my day a lot better. So thank you, I now always look forward to going in knowing I am not just another customer but someone who is going to be heard and listened to.

I can't fault the service I have been getting for yrs. Especially from Sherene and Sharon. All the pharmacist are very good always let me know when I need to do anything with my scripts. Thanks for everything and I hope you all have a great Xmas,

Have gone in here a couple of times , every time i go in i have issue with the staff . They are very judgmental and rude . Just trued to get my mouthly scipts filled as i ran put of one of my medications witch i trued explaining to the lady . She just kept repeating that my scipt says 1st of december . I know that but i never usually have as issue getting my scripts a few days early . Thanks heaps united chemists ill never be shopping with you again .

Sarah is the most rude and unattended person I have ever come across. Was happy to stand behind the counter and laugh and chat but when it came to serving me it seemed a chore. How do people like this keep their jobs?
