This team has made me feel so comfortable and genuinely saved my career. (I'm a Farrier and work horses for a living) Lower back pain, shoulder stiffness and I was having difficulty taking a deep breath. Just to list a couple of my issues that I was having. Past tense!!!!
I can honestly HIGHLY recommend these guys. Remedial and physio is what I've gone for and I tell everyone I can about this team!!! Thanks unison health!!!!

The team at Unison Health profoundly helped transform my life for the better; physically, mentally, basically holistically. I am forever grateful to Rowena and her team. If you value your health then this is the only place you need to go to for your exercise, fitness and wellbeing regimen. I now have an even greater appreciation of life and I feel I can take on the world (because I can).

I stepped out of my comfort-zone and into Unison Health as part of the "My Health for Life" program. Prior to starting, I couldn't even ride my bike around the block without passing out! This left me scared of exercise.

I love going here for my physio/exercise with Natalie and the team I work hard but have lots of fun as well.
