Thea has a warmth to her that instantly makes me feel safe and supported. Her ability to read my body and support me in releasing emotion through breathwork is incredible. I began my breathwork journey over a year ago, with great apprehension and some fear. When Thea welcomed me with a hug the first time I met her, I was instantly put at ease. Thea is incredible! I was new to breathwork and hesitant about the whole thing but it has been an incredible journey. Thea has created such a warm and safe environment, I never feel judged and I have had incredibly powerful emotional releases and breakthroughs with her one on one sessions. Highly recommend to everyone, especially if you are holding on to a lot of suppressed negative emotions.

I’ve been to see Thea a few times in the past before she started her own facilitating at Unearthed. Thea’s aura is so calming and welcoming, I felt so comfortable in her presence. It’s been 9 months since I last breathed and of course I was going to go back to Thea! I had a profound breathwork journey with new realisations. I’m feeling so much lighter and calmer. Thea has a beautiful gift of holding space for others. I was amazed at her style of facilitating breathwork, how I was able to achieve a great release with little to no tension and how truly at home I felt. I have participated in breathwork sessions all over and would highly recommend Unearthed Breathwork! Thea allows for open discussions before, after and beyond the session day altogether. And she understands that integration is an important part of the process.
