Superb stay!
We have to move for our 88 days but we will come back here!

Central location, though at a 30min walk to main Sydney attractions. Windows are directly opposite other rooms, so no privacy. There are no day curtains so the room during the day is too dark. Can hear quite a bit of noise as walls are thin. The room was generally cold. Old building and rooms could be better maintained.

Been living here for 2 weeks now, room are nice and cozy, place is quiet and mostly clean (no roaches).

You can't open windows in the room so air is a bit stale, the kitchen has some appliance that are not cleaned (air fryer, toaster) and the bin start to overflow at the end of the day but this is nitpicking.

The 3 shared area are nice if you don't want to always stay in your room.
Coin laundry is reasonnable at 3$ per machine.

Location is great, 5min walk from town hall, 2 min walk from Coles, just in front of chinatown tram station, you can find restaurant open till 3 am less than 5 min away.

The best part of this place is the community Manager Allan, he's always trying his best to help, you can reach to him for any inquieries and he organise event with the residents, thanks to him this place goes from good to great.

A review after living here for a month.
The room is spacious enough, and the bathroom is clean and big too. The common areas are nice. The manager Allan makes everything looks tidy and organised in the common areas. Great atmosphere. It’s easy to communicate with him and to reach out to him in person or on the phone. Also Robin is friendly and helpful when we have a problem (eg. locking ourselves out of the room 🤫)

During my stay, I encountered an issue, and the Community Manager, Allan, was very attentive in helping to find a solution. He supported me in a way that I felt was really appropriate and considerate. Great service!

Nice little place for some delicious burgers! It can get quite busy during rush hour so best to avoid if you’re starving or are in a rush.
