Do not bother with trying to make a booking as they are always late and just always refer you for a blood test and more scans. I waited today, for 1 hour and 15 minutes and still could not see Dr Pluta . ( always at least 45 minutes late) The useless staff could not even be bothered to see if I was ok or if they could reschedule. they just sit there taking calls and ignoring the people who are actually booked in. Useless customer service. Since they moved from up near the IGA, they have turned to crap. Go somewhere else, do not use this lot.

Had a telephone consultation booked 10.45am at 10.48 am a rude sounding receptionist called saying I couldn't have one as a new patient. Didn't ask if I was okay. Rushed away without a care.

I’ve been coming to this medical practice for over 5 years and have seen almost every doctor throughout that time. They have all been wonderful. I recently saw the newer doctors Dr Andrew Pluta and Dr Amith Mammoottil and they are both considerate, listened and took my issues with the seriousness I was looking for without judgement. The reception team and nursing team are amazing too. I highly recommend.

Dissatisfied with receptionist.
Me and my little son (20 months) came in to see a Dr, it was our first time at this practice as we on a hunt for a good gp & hospital as his usual Dr moved away.
Me first time mom, still going through postpartum depression, trying to fill out all of the forms by myself with a little boy who’s always on the move.
So while waiting for Dr to call us, I was trying to distract my son with all different things, at the end I gave him a glove (medical glove) from the box that was in the room we were at.
Receptionist lady comes in, trying to tell me that I made multiple mistakes in filling out the form -
First of all I am from overseas and have no idea how Medicare card number and all worked if you have more than 1 person on it.
And after that she’s telling me in a mean tone that no no I can’t take the glove out of the box, in a really mean tone.
We love the Dr Amith at the practice but we will not be coming back to this practice as I will not let anyone speak to me unprofessionally and mean while they are at their work place and I am just trying to calm my child down.

Some of the Doctors there are good, but good enough to put up with the appalling management and charging practices is another thing.
I don’t have enough time to write about how rude and ineffective the management and receptionists are.
This includes not sending referrals off and/or losing paperwork. Not good if you have a chronic condition. The pits.

Constantly behind schedule you arrive 20 minutes before your appointment to an empty clinic then are waiting 30 minutes behind actual scheduled appointment. No communication from counter staff even though they have seen you sitting there that entire time. Then have the audacity to slug $40 when you leave a 10 minute appointment.

The receptionists are often quite rude on the phone and make no effort to make amends when something on their end messes up. There’s also very long waits which is understandable but I wish they’d let you know. Sitting around sick people for an hour isn’t fun. But my GP, Doctor Sonali is lovely and so helpful. Very appreciative of her help and care over the years.

My experience today was terrible. They didn’t care about my daughter’s health at all. They are bulky billing for kids but they don’t care the same way when you pay for it. I had an appointment myself that was not bulk billed another day and it was totally different. I wasted 2 hours and I now have to find a doctor again to do what they couldn’t do. The doctor and the receptionist weren’t helpful and didn’t care about the situation we were in. I am very concerned that some doctors now are only thinking about money and not caring anymore for people’s health.
