We’ve had a few scans now at Ultrasound Care North Shore and have had only good experiences. Claire is amazing and so friendly, especially helpful when scans in early pregnancy are incredibly stressful. We have had 3 different sonographers and they’ve all explained everything that they’re doing, taking their time to answer our questions and are warm and friendly. Highly recommended.

I had an outstanding experience at this facility. From the moment I walked in, the reception staff was welcoming and friendly. The sonographer, Sam, was patient and empathetic, ensuring my comfort throughout the procedure and with professionalism and care. Dr. Woo provided compassionate and clear assistance, and the Practice Manager Claire was extremely helpful and patient. The team's dedication and empathy made a significant difference in my visit. I had a number of scans here over the last few years in different situations - high risk twin pregnancy, singleton pregnancy, and scans after pregnancy loss. The team are fantastic and always did their best to fit me in when there was an urgent referral. Excellent service!

**editing review to decrease to 3 stars as they sent a report to doctor with incomplete details and missed an important finding . I go into specialist only to find my report doesn’t mention the detail I was told in room. Had to call them up only to find they missed writing the sentence about the finding . Not quite the errors you want to witness when you have paid for appointment and expensive tests .

Had wonderful experience with Kate and Dr Linda and they kept me very calm through out the process .
It’s an amazing experience to be here right from making the first call to receptionist to doctors . Highly recommended .
