I want to express my utmost gratitude and admiration for the exceptional service provided by the Dominic the lovely Radiologist who performed the Pelvic check for me on 31 Dec 2024. Her professionalism, expertise, and compassionate care truly stood out during my visit.

She made me feel at ease, explaining the procedure thoroughly and addressing my concerns with patience. Her skill and precision during the ultrasound were remarkable, ensuring both accuracy and comfort throughout the process, my extremely nervous and fearful feeling completely disappeared.

All the reception ladies here are lovely, patient, attentive, and professional, while the doctors here brings decades of outstanding expertises.

It's rare to find a healthcare professional who combines technical excellence with such genuine empathy. I am deeply thankful for their dedication and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of radiological services. They are an asset to the medical field!

Had my NIPT done here. It’s a really lovely office with kind staff. The receptionists are all lovely and knowledgeable. The lady who did my scan was so thorough, and the genetics counsellor was so nice too and really easy to talk to.

The receptionist was so lovely and caring when I first arrived as I was very nervous. Rowena (who did the ultrasound) was very empathetic, gentle, didn’t rush me and had a lot of patience. She explained everything in detail and was very positive and encouraging. Thank you so much for today Ro.

I had a Mirena removal procedure here and I have to say, everyone was a gem. The receptionist was nice and friendly, the ultrasound girl was kind and communicated everything very clear, which made me feel calmer as I was a bit nervous; last but not least, the doc was so professional and caring. Everyone cared and made me feel comfortable. The place was clean and organised too.

Even though I had sad news for my pregnancy ultrasound, my sonographer Susan was able to make the news less devasting, unlike another ultrasound place I mistakenly went to a week before...

Received a couple of gynae procedures today and was very happy from booking to completion of both procedures. Mary (sonographer) was absolutely lovely, informative, gentle, respectful and ultra-professional. Dr Joanne was equally so and took her time to explain in detail and ensure I understood as well as to understand my own presentation. I was really taken by how extremely respectful and professional both were, in what is a bit of an awkward procedure. They made me feel totally relaxed. I knew I was in very capable hands and found both to be very thorough - as well as personable, engaged, positive and uplifting. I left feeling very reassured.

I felt involved, informed and respected throughout. I also had absolutely no pain or discomfort. Whilst each person is different, I certainly felt that I was in caring hands that were very considerate and respectful in carrying out the procedures which I think helped to ensure no discomfort.

One of the technicians was rough, mean and belittling, and made disparaging comments about my age (35). She seemed annoyed that I had a full bladder even though I'd been told to drink water, and made me feel personally responsible for it being difficult to find one of my ovaries and inferred it would make it impossible in the future to have IVF. Weeks later I still feel upset by my experience with her; I left feeling traumatised and overwhelmed and cried for hours. The younger technician was lovely and gentle and reassuring and I wish she could have done my whole procedure.

I would suggest booking in to ultrasound care in Alexandria, the Sonographer there was so lovely. The Sonographer at Newtown was niceish although seemed annoyed I was booked in at 12+6 for my 13 week scan even though it was ultrasound care that booked me in. She said we probably won’t be able to see anything. She then complained that my bladder was full even though they ask you to have a full bladder? She then spent the entire session complaining about my fibroids being in the way and saying judgmental things like “how old are you? they are big for someone your age” they might cause problems and be blocking the birth canal and “did it take me long to get pregnant?” These might seem like normal things to her but to a first time mum they are not great to hear. I left feeling like something is wrong and immediately called my mum who is a midwife in a panic because she made me worry. It is not the Sonographer’s place to give clinical advice.
