Lack of care and acknowledgement of symptoms. Doctor had lied about tests being done only to find out after getting a second opinion they never did what I asked. I read my results and located an issue the doctor had dismissed and never mentioned during the consult which is related to my condition, I’m not even a doctor and I worked that out myself. I highly recommend not listening to the medical opinions of these doctors as they lack care and common sense. Please go to any other medical centre than this one to save your time and health.

Dr Aziz has without a doubt saved my life once again. He has a very good understanding of skin and moles that need investigating and has just removed my third melanoma. I am now on 3 monthly visits for skin checks and I feel very confident in Dr Aziz and his practice. Thankyou Dr Aziz you really go above and beyond.

The last 3 times I’ve booked an appointment for my baby/toddler via the app, they tell me I have no appointment booked (despite me showing them the confirmation). I’ve had enough of their incompetence. Even when they do manage to find the booked appointment, it’s irrelevant because you’re waiting at least an hour or more anyway. Don’t waste your time, find a better practice, I will be.

Walk in waiting times over the last 2 days is over 90 min . Usually ap to 30 min . Not sure why this is happening lately.. all I needed was a script. (10 min) only 1 or 2 people in the waiting room . I saw 4 people leave after they were told over an 90 min waiting to see a dr.. it has now been 2hrs ans still havnt seen a dr

Not long to wait as a walk in. Haven’t had any problems. Easy to book an appointment on Hotdoc app. Dr Gulshan Islam is lovely. Thorough and efficient.

Was a waste of time, I require a medical for RMS, doctor said she could not do one as she is unaware of my history, as this was my first time there,

The point of a medical is to assess my current medical fitness, not previous medical information, $1000, they still bulk billed the government for the 1 minute of her time and the 20 minute wait

Got asked to change an appointment to help the doctor leave early.. then when I did go early, I still had to wait nearly an hour and a half.
Hopeless!!!
go to Mount Annan Doctors instead.
2 Stars because they managed to get the day right.

I had very obvious signs of a hormone deficiency and this wasn't picked up by the doctor, delaying treatment and recovery. I had to research my symptoms myself and request the required tests. I pay Medicare, the doctors should be doing this, not me. Don't know if it's incompetence or negligence.
