Honestly not sure why the negative reviews here. They are organized, lots of seats, a screen that tells you how long and what's your wait time. Yes it can be hectic however cut these people slack!

Some nurses do not following the correct procedure : clean local areas : up/ down, it should be circular! . They do not use not “air dry “, Used the cotton ball that was put on table to dry the location that put in the shut .

The staff is professional and friendly however this is very busy lab during some hours. they could use better housekeeping in that bathroom. Humans can be so disgusting and rude when using the bathroom at the hospital ?

Outside of parking the visit was less than 1hr much better than previous visits.

The lab was easy to find and the wait was not long at all when I went on Sunday. The student who did my blood work was great! Easy and no pain at all!

Worst ucla med Lab in the entire plaza! The staff is rude and so slowwwww. It’s always beyond crowded and nothing has gotten better in the past 3 years I’ve been going. Seems to actually be getting worse…it feels like you’re at a free clinic. The wait time is always 3x more than what they estimate. You check-in on an ipad, just to sit and wait to thenn go up to the first couple of windows to verify check-in again with a person, thennnn go sit and wait againnn to actually be called inside to get blood drawn. Not efficient at all.

The sign-in system is easy. The staff is polite and nice from the front desk people to the lab techs. It is nice they give you a time and you can see where you are in the queue. On a Tuesday afternoon my wait was 15 minutes. We hung out in the hallway which is nice and airy. All the staff wears masks. As someone who has multiple health problems I don't need to be concerned about getting Covid not matter how mild it might be. I am going again tomorrow on a Saturday so I will see what that is like.

It's true, some days there are long waits because they service so many people. The new sign in system is really good and you have an idea of hour wait time now and where you are in the queue. They are open 7 days a week which is very helpful for people who don't live too far. The phlebotomist I have encountered my last 5 visits have been wonderful including the trainee (Herrera) I just saw.

I can't say anything bad about doctors I ever visited in UCLA. Highly competent and professional! I was not happy with that person who scheduled my appointment. They tell you that an appointment is scheduled but for real it is not! I know it is not a tragedy but some people come from FAR AWAY! You made a mistake, it is ok, everyone can make a mistake but if you did that, fix that! For example, pay back to visitors for their gas expenses, and it will be honest and respectful!!!!!!!!!! I don't think I want too much!
