I’ve recently had 2 appointments with Dr Zaïrish Omer, she’s very professional and pleasant to communicate with. I hope she stays on at the practice after she’s had her baby. All the doctors at Two Rocks are very nice also the receptionists are very polite and helpful. It’s refreshing to find a great medical centre at last.

Fantastic medical centre. Every single individual that works there are incredibly polite, professional, caring, kind and incredibly skilled in the roles they play. That goes for the doctors, nurses and admin staff. Dr Rana is my regular doctor and he is fantastic. He has helped me through so much and assisted me obtaining my goals in life that goes beyond his job description. He has helped me obtain a great career all whilst taking genuine care treating my mental health. Dr Rana has provided me with a level of precise, empathetic and relentless help in regards to my mental health to the extent that I can graciously say that, Dr Rana has been indefinitely more helpful than any psychologist or psychiatrist in my life long fight against mental illness. I don't think he even realises the extent of which he has helped me. Most doctors/specialists just throw countless medications at you until you're vacant emotionally and mentally apathetic. Dr Rana has gently stripped back my very complicated situation over time and has simplified my medication to the bare minimum and has brought me back to life and wanting to live it. Thank you Dr Rana and Thank you Two Rock Medical Centre.. for everything.

Dr. Mohsin Shahzad was amazing. He thoroughly examined my 17 month old son as he had a congested chest and without hesitation he suggested taking him to the emergency department. There I was told that his oxygen level was low and has to be admitted into hospital. I do appreciate Dr. Mohsin's early diagnosis to help treat my son.

Do not waste your time at this place if you are after genuine medical treatments.

I booked 2 phone appointments at this place for my 5yr old who has had cough for the last week and is not able to walk into a doctor due to his symptoms and this was the clinic that he went last to with his mum who passed away 8weeks ago due to cancer.

As I did not receive a call back for a Telehealth phone consultation for my first booking I thought I might have made an error, so I booked a second one and waited 45mins and still did not get a call.

So when I call the clinic, I was told by the receptionist they have been trying to call me. I asked the receptionist what number they were calling me at and they were calling my deceased ex wife number, I informed her that the booking was made under my number and she went on her computer to check and said “Oh yeah, I didn’t realise that” but what came later really shocked me, “ you are supposed to call us to let us know”. I really don’t understand what I was supposed to let her know when she had the phone number that the booking was made under.

I after that asked her what shall I do and was told “sorry we can’t help you” no mistake of mine, obviously they don’t know how to use a system that they have in place.So my 5yr was denied a consultation due their fault but they wanted to blame it on me.

This was also the clinic where my ex wife was misdiagnosed for her cancer 2yrs ago. This clinic is just a bunch of cowboys who you can see for a sickie, there is no medical experts located here.
